Despite growing up in Iowa, and once loving Casey’s, I was reminded today why over the last several years I’ve begun to avoid them like the plague. Since it was directly on my route I thought it would be quick and convenient to just fuel here. I was wrong. 2 of the 4 diesel handles were bagged and I proceeded to find out that at least one more should have been. Of course this is in addition to the multiple gas handles I saw out of order and the air compressor. Couple that with the fact that the store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in roughly two decades, it will be amazing if Casey’s isn’t dead and gone within 5 years. As far as I’m concerned, good riddance!

An older gentlemen on saturdays night shift took my order. He was so sweet and started making my pizza right away. A large pizza just for me because i wanted the left overs. He happily shared the best ways to reheat my pizza! Service was fast and pizza was cooked perfectly. Thank you

Today, May 29th, we were at this Casey’s around 1:45pm. We had gone to the store and got some cold meat and unexpectedly were unable to go straight home. When we stopped to get a cup of ice to try to save our meat, the lady working was very helpful and went out of her way to get us bags and help us. 🙂 Thank you for the great customer service!

I have to give a shout out to the 3 person team last night on 1/31/22. From the guy who took my order, who was accommodating to my requests and making pretty tasty Taco pizza. The kids were happy with their cheese and pepperoni pizzas as well but even better, When the guy taking my order asked me if he could get me anything else I sarcastically stated ” Yeah, make sure my husband doesn’t forget the milk” as I’m laughing he states”No problem I’ll put that on your ticket!” Sure as can be my husband was getting ready to check out and the guy in back hollers out “Don’t forget the milk!!!” Which he in fact had forgotten the milk, up until that point. So thank you for hot fresh food.Friendly attitudes when people can be not so nice lately and going above and beyond for your customers when you didn’t really have to. Thanks again!!

I Was looking for a certain candy and couldn’t find it so I had asked for help and this older women she was tallish and had short grey hair I’m pretty sure she was wearing glasses and she was extremely inpatient and told me to “find something else because I don’t have time for your shenanigans.” So as I was leaving another worker kinda tall I’m don’t remember his name but he went to the back and grabbed me the candy I tipped him my $2 change paid and left, I’m rating a 3 because I was treated improperly at first but was helped by a young man which I’m grateful for.

Forgot wallet. Tried to use app to pay for items. Failed because app still requires credit card for 5 cent of Purchase. Told the clerk i couldnt pay and ill put item back. She rudly ignored me and made a face. Low standard of service

Horrible car wash. Not worth it. Just a waste of money. The self wash machine has no pressure and my car appeared as if it didn’t even get washed. The vacuums are also horrible. The vacuums have ZERO suction and it made my car more dirty from previous dirt & chunks of trash that were previously in the vacuum.

This night pizza maker is absolutely terrible. He had screwed up our order the last 3 times we ordered there. First he just made the wrong pizza, next he lost our order and tonight we set our order for pick up at 8:45, but clearly shows it was made at 7:50 and sat there for an hour and he didn’t even make out cheesesticks.
