Worst “convenience” store I’ve ever been to. I drive by here 99% of my mornings to stop in Thompson at Hometown. This store has gone so far downhill over the last couple years. A couple weeks ago I decided to try and order a pizza from here. Got told it would be ready at 5:35. I get there around 5:40 and get told that I never called in my order done with that place.

Not really sure why at 6:30am on a Thursday, this store is still closed. Most people I know get their coffee, energy drinks, and breakfast at the store on the way to work. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this store closed during “regular hours”. Kwik Trip shoukd just buy them out and actually keep the store open.

They never answer the phone, whoever the manger is isnt a good one. Whomever the manager is should be embarrassed at the fact that they arent good at managing. Not to mention disrespectful service. Pure garbage.. wont be coming back.

We ordered a large supreme pizza online and we went to pick it up. Brought the pizza home and it had no sauce on it at all. I called the store and let them know. The young man said that we would receive a free replacement and just to call the store to order it. 5 days later I called to get our replacement pizza. I gave the employee my name and explained the situation. His response was “there is no free pizza for you here.” I still had the unsauced pizza in the refrigerator. I asked if he would like me to bring it back to show him. His response was that “you can but you will still not get a free pizza.” He was so rude and irate. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they do not have a manager working. I will never spend another dime at Casey’s again. To put it simply the Buffalo Center Iowa Casey’s sucks.

This isnti the first time, however we ordered two pizza fine she said they would be done by 7:30 we drive all the way over to get our pizza we were only 5mins early and the cook hadn’t even started the pizza and was complaining about how no one was there to help and she was being very rude about it and got all mad and stormed off, so we have to wait another 25-30 mins just to make two pizzas, I’m not saying not to order pizza from here but to be prepared that your order may not be done when you get here nor the number they ask for they don’t even call and be like hey it’s going to be a lil bit longer. Instead they want to hear you say your going to cancel it instead!

September 4, 2021 7pm at first I was disappointed they were out of chicken but our breadsticks and Supreme pizza were very good. There was only one man in the kitchen working and he was very busybut everything was hot and ready when I got there.

Horrible service. Ordered a pizza, went to go pick it up and they lost the order. Then was told they could make it but it would be another hour. The cook told me 3 times to just go home and turn the oven on and was very rude.
