Ordered 2 large pizzas and a double order of cheese sticks through the app. Order was supposed to be done at 6:10pm, they were not. Was told they would be done in 20min….they were not. After waiting for over 30min, I watched about 5 other customers come in for their pizzas, none were ready, all were told it would be 30+ min more. Needless to say, many unhappy customers.

Very disappointed. I’ve heard great things about Casey’s in other locations so we decided to try this one on our road trip. The store was dirty, only one person working in the little kitchen while a manager leaned back on a table telling the young employee where things were while he was on the phone. It was obvious that she was new or very unfamiliar with her area. We painfully watched her spend over 20 minutes making our two subs. The manager did finally go take an order for pizza and then place the ticket on the board for the young employee to make. They were out of key components of the subs so we just dealt with it. The one star is simply because the sweet girl tried making conversation with us.

Very disappointed this weekend! Driving from Minneapolis to Des Moines round trip this weekend. Stopped in Clear Lake for a break on my way through on Friday and again today. Half the pumps didn’t work. The wait to pump gas was ridiculous. The women’s restroom was dirty. Definitely not up to typical Casey’s standards. The only nice thing about this place were the cashiers. Both were friendly and quick to get folks checked out.

Casey’s should be ashamed!! Employee was making pizza without wearing a mask. The other food employee was wearing a mask, but it was half off her face. That same person wore a pair of gloves to prepare food, write in a book, touch her face, touch her hair and never changed her gloves before going to prepare more food! There is no effort to limit the amount of people inside the store. We quickly left after seeing people pile in. This is ridiculous!

The only thing good about this location is the pizza. Everything else is sub par for a Casey’s. The bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned all day with paper towels overflowing and soap dispenser as well as air dryer out of order. All the surfaces were either sticky or wet, and all the cappuccino and soft serve machine we’re out of service. Next time we drive thru, it will be a Kum and Go visit

Ordered a pizza and 2 orders of cheesy bread for 6:30 couldn’t get anyone to give me my pizza till 6:45 they missed an order of chessy bread gave it to someone else and told me to wait 10 more minutes for the order with cold pizza no thanks not going there again
