I ordered a large supreme pizza with chicken wings and cheese bread to feed my family dinner. My wife went to pick up the food and waited over 1/2 an hour after our “Promised time”. I was starting to get worried so I texted her and she sent me a picture with smoke bellowing from the kitchen. The kitchen also had bags of trash in the floor along with a ladder and other stuff scattered throughout. We live five minutes away and when my wife got home everything was cold (not even warm and yes she pre paid the $30 bill while waiting). When I called to straighten the situation up the assistant manager asked was my wife there waiting? Seriously!!!! Yes for 45 minutes!! This Casey’s needs to be shut down!! Absolutely horrible uneatable cold food!! I used to order multiple times a week but never again!!!

Almost every time I go to this Casey’s the employees don’t say hi to customers coming in, they focus on chatting with each other and cursing about how much they hate their job. When getting checked out at the register they still don’t say hi or how’s your day they continue talking/complaining to each other. The manager talks like she’s a 10 year old like actually uses a childish high pitch voice.

Jessica is veryyyyy rude likes to argue with customers!!! My food was rushed and inaccurate and I’m trying to explain to her and she want to argue! I asked for oil and vinegar and my salad was drenched in it til all you taste was the oil and vinegar not nothing on the salad! She stated I couldn’t see because I ask for light onions and I told her none was on there and she says I know there on there Because I made it! Didn’t try to make ir right! Second time I’ve had a problem at the Nordic Dr location and it will be the last I’ll go across town to the other Casey’s before I visit this one again! Sad thing is I’m visiting in town for a few months and this store is convenient to where I’m staying but I will not deal with the attitudes! My chicken was thrown in the oven and brought back out was stuck and still pink!

Nordic used to be my favorite Casey’s. I was in last week to pick up a pizza and a woman had a puppy behind the food counter. The food servers were petting it. I’m sure they thought I was a real Karen when I asked them to take the puppy out and to wash their hands. They handed me the wrong pizza and then called me half an hour later to asked if I was coming in. I’m not sure what happened to the person who ordered the pizza I received.

Have gotten sick from the pizza here many times. I have also been sold expired food multiple times from this particular location. Keep trying to tell myself I shouldn’t go there but always end up there anyway due to the convenience of the location, and every time I give them another chance I get sick again. Not worth it.

I am a huge fan of Casey’s pizza. I used to go to this Casey’s quite frequently. I work in the area and would stop for pizza by the slice it was always hot and fresh. NOT ANYMORE. I don’t know if there was a change in management or if they are just cutting their budget by leaving old dried out nasty pizza in there all day and all night. This has been going on for 3 months or better. I have said something about it many times and get an eye roll or an offer to make fresh if I want to wait. For me waiting is not usually an option or I would buy a whole pizza it’s cheaper my point is keep it hot and fresh for sale all the time. When it looks like card board throw it out and make new. It’s not rocket science. The other stores are still keep g fresh pizza available. That is what I will be doing in the future. Going to another store cuz this one just don’t cut it any more.

Amazing store right next to AmericanInn, still surprised they had those slushies, you don’t really see those around much anymore. Some items were overpriced but in all they don’t make those types of decisions. Still a great stop if you’re getting off the Avenue and want a quick bite
