I hate writing bad reviews, but this specific location (kitchen only) has consistently been a disappointment. We have ordered pizza from several locations over time and this is by far the worst in every area from placing the order on the phone with rude customer service to picking up and not acknowledged until you speak up that you need to pick up your pizza. I’ve had to wait on multiple occasions for a ridiculous amount of time, without an apology- ever. Always an excuse. After the third time of going in and over an hour of this process I brought my kids and nieces and nephew in to wait and my 1 year old was hungry and tired and screamed and she looked at her and went “ugh”.

The WORST service by kitchen staff ever! I’m from this town and am ashamed to have anyone treated this way. Waiting with my wife and daughters, on a NOT busy Tuesday evening to order some food, for minutes on end with no one in line, WHILE being looked at several times (but never acknowledged) by both grown adult women prepping vegatables, to be baltently ignored. FYI…There is a little button glued to the counter 5 FEET AWAY from the kitchen staff who seem increasingly good about ignoring patrons. NO KIDDING!! Don’t bother ringing it to get their attention. This Casey’s doesn’t want or deserve your business!!!

I went to caseys to by a Juul Saturday the 1st, @1:30. The lady informed me they were out of stock, so I asked her if she could call the other caseys for me to see if they do, but insted she was very rude and said she was too busy, even though it was just me and one other costumer in there.
