My daughter and I stopped Saturday on our way south and noticed they were out of pizza….however, a young fella named Ryan noticed my daughters slight disappointment and said if we had 5 minutes to spare that more would be ready. Now he could have just ignored us and we’d have moved on but instead took the time to let us know he’s got a couple in already in the oven. To top this off, his attitude was 1 of the best I’ve seen at a convenient store in some time. Thanks Ryan for your positive attitude! You made our morning!!

The men’s room needed some lite cleaning up, but the rest of the store was clean. i found what i wanted to buy and was out of there pretty quick. There are too many times in Siouxland, where some people think that even convenience store clerks are there therapist. News flash, THEY ARE NOT !!!!!

Always a quick in and out experience. The fuel here is usually 5-10 cents cheaper than the other gas stations in town, and that can be reflected in the number of motorists gassing up around 5:00 p.m. which may cause you to wait for car to pull out before you can access an available fuel pump. Otherwise, a good little convenience store.

This Casey’s general store is by far the best Caseys in this part of Iowa. The store is always stocked and well cleaned. The employees are fantastic. You get greeted with a smile as you walk thru the door. They are always willing to help in any way. These employees actually know what customer service is, and provide a pleasant experience when i visit the store every day. Their food is always fresh and reasonably priced. I firmly believe that this store is the best in the chain. Caseys corporation should give more recognition to this store and its employees. This store is number 1

I have never seen a Casey’s that closes at 9:00. You can be in a tiny town at a Casey’s that hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s and they’ll still be open till 11:00. What’s the deal?

Why is there Pay at the Pumps when you still have to go in to get receipts and stand in line. Could of been 20 miles away. The cashier should ware a hat or something also. She has very bad dandruff and you can see it fall out. And the guy behind the sandwich stand making food should also have a hair net not just a hat… his hair was down to just past his shoulders. I only live like a mile and half away and thinking about getting the same service at one of the other three stations that are just as close.

Grabbed some biscuits and gravy they had a lot in the hot holder. Asked if they had any spoons or forks was told no. Why make biscuits and gravy if you don’t have the utensils required to consume it.
