Spent 40 bucks on two large pizzas one taco one hamburger supposedly ran out of hamburger for the taco pizza so put chicken on it out of a large only had three pieces of chicken on it. They didn’t put no salsa on it had one small pinch of chips and was cover led in lettuce that looked like it had been sitting out all day Cause was turning brown.cqlled to file my complaint manager answered the phone and informed me they were not out of hamburger. And didn’t know how she would be able to fix my order since it was delivered. Very disappointed and get better quality and service from poppa johns will not order from Casey’s again and will not pay 40 bucks for something that looks like the way it does.

On June 29th I filled up my truck with premium fuel. Next morning my truck wouldn’t run. Found out they messed up and put diesel in the wrong tank. It has been 8 days now and I can’t get anyone at their home office to call me back. I got 1 email on Wednesday asking to prove I purchased fuel. I still can’t talk to an actual person. It cost me $3000 to get my truck back today

Very rude customer service. I have never met more rude people. Corporate you need to start hiring people that don’t talk to a regular customer like a child. I won’t be coming back here now! Too bad it was so convenient for me to go here before and you just lost someone who spends a lot of money at your establishment.

I ordered a pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni pizza with extra Marinara and cheese, the pizza I received was dry as a bone. I called and spoke to a youngster, he said he made that pizza himself. After a long, elaborate description of how he made the pizza, In so many words told me I was wrong. I’m an old fashioned kind of person, who still believes the customer is always right. I know I won’t be going to that store again. It’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at that store.

Oh, my good God, where to begin. The store was filthy. It looked like hell. Most of the cooler was empty. Most of the selections on the soda fountain were out of order. The employee looked and acted like she wanted to be ANYWHERE else doing ANYTHING else at all. We tripped over merchandise laying in the aisles. We like Casey’s. We really do but we will absolutely NEVER return to this store.
