Got an email confirmation our two pizzas would be done at 6:23. I arrive at 6:25 she tells me 15 more minutes. Then I come back in 15 minutes and she tells me she’s just now starting to make them. Absolutely ridiculous worst Casey’s ever. Not the first time this has happen. Thought I would give them a second chance. Never again will I give them a chance.

I ordered pizza online at 10:15 for 10:45 2 large pizza deal and two sides i have a car full of exhausted and starving kids who just left the fair heat and they’re hungry and tired and here it is 10:56 n still no sign of hope ……… but a girl is outside chilling on a cart talking to her old man or something and one cashier wandering around like hes lost or something this is a joke yall definitely will not be Getting my business again……… maybe 24/7 wasn’t the best idea………11:01 just got it but now two kids will not be eating tonight because they’re passed out

Iv always loved Casey’s being Iowa born n raised but this review is for the new RGM! The Harlan location has been my “home store” for years now and I’m so happy he’s here! The kitchen quality hasn’t been the best the past few years with okayish food or “don’t have the ingredients” to order anything. Just in the short time Chaz has been there the kitchen has made great progress

Standing here waiting right now. Ordered 6 pizzas, got the confirmation email stating they would be done in 45 min. Showed up at Casey’s for the lady in the kitchen to tell us she never received the order. Showed her the email confirmation and the store assistant manager went over to the paper to find out that it was empty. And Was told it would be another 30 min wait. We aren’t the only ones. First impression pumps are always dirty trash is always over flowing. Trash along the front curb and trash cans at front door full. Fountain a few are out every week hope they know they can order more than one. Food cases pizza not timed warmer not timed. Around 1pm no food at all. Past weekend employee had her child there while she was working. Have tried to get coffee there twice at 7:30 am and empty. This place needs help or a District manager to visit more often.

That lady that works overnight at the cashier. She was so helpful. She makes me laugh every time I come in. She makes sure it’s all clean. She says hello to my granddaughter and makes her feel special. She gave me a lottery ticket the other day and said she knew it was a winner. It was worth $3 it made my day. She is so nice. I enjoy going there when she works overnights. Her name is Wendy.

Place rarely ever has fresh food made it seems like something is always about 4 to 5 hours old if not older for some reason they haven’t updated their hours they closed at 11 p.m. last night that was super inconvenient having wanted something to eat and some tobacco products, every Casey’s I’ve visited other than this one always has fresh pizza up on the hour every hour throughout the day up until 11 at night this place I think does pizza maybe twice a day and thats giving them the benefit of the doubt really sad, but that seems to be how lots of things in Harlan are, including the BK that has an hour drive thru wait time YIKES!!!

Just filled car with gas. Parking lot is filthy. Garbage cans overflowing, window washer had almost no fluid and when I did use it sounded like sand scraping the windshield, of course receipt printer didn’t work so I tried to go inside. Sign on door at 8.55 am said inside was closed and door was locked.

Stopped on Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend 2020 @ 7:45 pm. — put $62 gas in my truck.. needed to wash off the bugs —. All 4 containers are dry as a Bone .. very disappointing.. perhaps Casey’s is getting to be too large for their own good ?!!!
