No staff was friendly nor did they acknowledge. The lady at the front of the register at 5:34 pm on 6/5 was on a FaceTime call the whole time she was dealing not only with me but the 2 customers in front of me and at least 1 after me. Didn’t talk to anyone else except the person on the FaceTime call. Very unprofessional

This Casey’s literally NEVER answers their phone. We have tried to call and order pizzas multiple times and we wait in between call times in case they are just busy and still….nothing. This has happened to us on three separate occasions so not just a one time thing.

Disgusting!! Bathrooms were awful, cappuccino machine was covered in a disgusting sticky substance all over the machine. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Counters for coffee station dirty also. Will definitely choose the gas station across the street instead next time

Place an online order. Get here and get told it’s still going to be an additional 10 minutes. Normally this is not a big deal however the last three times I’ve ordered from Casey’s the food has not been ready on time. The quality of the food was horrible. The all meat pizza is lucky to have one piece of meat on each piece

They purposely take the phone off the hook so they don’t have to make pizza take out orders. Been calling since 8pm and the moment 9:01pm hits the phone magically places the call and they tell you the kitchen is closed.

I love their food and normally don’t post on these but their customer service on food orders is laughable. And that was before my most recent experience, in which I waited at the ordering area while an employee looked the other direction taking numerous selfies on snap chat before finally coming to take my order, and when i asked for a simple sandwich she reacted like i asked her a chemistry question. Luckily, i had been there a handful of times and could walk her through the process. To make one sub and wait in line to checkout, I was in there 21 minutes.

While being checked out there was a young man behind me… he was incredibly rude as the girl at the check out was waiting on me was talking over me to him…maybe if the girls were not so ready to flirt with the customers. People would get what they need without all the extras…
