Don’t really get gas here because I heard they had water in the tanks previously, nor do I order pizza because I don’t live super close, but the customer service has always been really good! The two cashiers tonight were super sweet and helpful! Pushed new product they had while not being obnoxious about it! Decent little Casey’s!!

No gas again ….place seems to have poor management. 4 time I’ve gone and they are out of gas. None of the other stations in town I go to seem to be habitually out of gas including the other Casey’s .

9/10 times the gas pumps don’t work here. Save yourself the time and go to the Kum and Go a few miles away. You’re a gas station, figure it out

Ordered a large speciality and boneless wings. Went in to store at time it should be ready. Oven was empty and nothing was being cooked. Asked about my order. They said it would be done in 10 minutes. I then proceeded to watch them make it in front of me. They gave me bone in wings.

Ordered pizza on a Sunday night at 6 pm and was told it would be a 60-70 minute wait. We were totally fine with it and showed up at 7:10 for our pizza. Upon approaching the kitchen, the cook was going back and forth between handling cheese sticks and using his phone. When he saw us standing there he said “oh shit” and went and put gloves on. Another woman asked the name on our order and stated it was just being cut up and then would be ready. We were ignored for an additional 10 minutes watching the cook make the exact pizza we had ordered and after inquiring he said “I had actually burnt the pizza earlier and I am going to remake it”. I appreciate him remaking it rather than trying to give us a burnt pizza but did not appreciate the wait or the lack of transparency with the situation. Additionally, the cook continued to use his phone and reach in his pockets/touch his clothes and handle pizza dough with the gloves he put on when we arrived.

We live two blocks away from the location. Very happy that Casey’s took over the store from B&P. It seems the quality of staff is much better as well as the service. One shortfall. This store is having issues with it’s gas pumps. On all three occasions during the last three weeks the pumps would not accept my credit card responding with “Please see cashier inside”. On the first two occasions I went inside and used my card. This morning it was the same situation, but I wanted to use my Hy-Vee Fuel Savers Card as well. “Please see cashier inside.” I went in and informed the cashier I wanted fill up on #3 and use my fuel savers card as well. Her question was, “How much?” I said I didn’t know because I was filling the tank and wanted to use my fuel savers card. Her response was, “Umm, umm.” So, I was required to go to the Hy-Vee on North Dodge 4 miles away. The money we might spend at the Scott Ct. Casey’s on fuel, if they can get the card readers on the pumps working, potentially could be between $3000-$5000 a year.

The kitchen staff busts their butts. Not their fault they are understaffed. Poor staff work alone mostly and get yelled at about pizzas being late. Give them more money

Monday 12/16. Very disappointed that nobody could help me blow some air into my tire. This might be silly, but I was struggling because I couldn’t see and cold outside. There were 2 guys there. One of them was telling me that somewhere by Wendy’s someone can help me with my tire. Seriously? It would probably take 2 minutes to go outside and help me. I will never get gas here again.

Needed pizza for the kids and us for a date night. The Casey’s crew got it done super fast so we could go out to watch the Hawkeyes win. Go Hawks!
