Very rude employees. I pulled up to a gas pump that was missing a nozzle. They yelled at me as I was getting out of the vehicle that the nozzle was missing and started laughing. This is the first negative experience I’ve had at a Casey’s. Normally they have very nice employees and are well mantained.

This Casey’s is the worst I’ve been to. I ordered pizzas there on the 27th, both pizzas were wrong but our half and half pizza was the worst. I just went to pick my pizza up that was supposed to be correct and yet again, its wrong. To top that off, the pizza maker was slow and rude. I called from Lindale Mall and when I arrived at Casey’s 20 minutes later, she was JUST putting in my pizza!! I had to stand there and wait for my pizza which was again INCORRECT!!!!

Claimed bathrooms are out of order which is ridiculous as I know for a fact those employees aren’t going their whole shifts not using a bathroom also how are they washing their hands to stop the spread of germs ect. I wouldn’t buy food here since you can’t use a bathroom they obviously can’t either or have clean hands to prepare your food. I travel in the lower 48 states and have never been refused the basic need of using a bathroom. I’m clean dressed nice not homeless ect and you treated me like a drug addict. I’ll never spend another dollar at your stores. Also have a call into your corporate office to file a formal complaint. As of now I’m 51 miles from home and can’t use a bathroom thanks for being so wonderful as to remind me that yes people still suck in this world and are beyond rude.

This Casey’s really sucks. IF there’s food in the warmers, it’s expired or non-existent. The lobby of the store is cluttered with inventory that should be put in a back room. Even the area around the soda fountains was disgusting. I will not go back into this store for quite some time after the experiences I have had since moving into this neighborhood. Trying to discuss any concerns with the district manager is virtually impossible. I think the customer service of Casey’s as a complete franchise has went down the sewer, it stinks.

The male cashier was short mannered and rude when I asked for my fuel receipt since it didn’t print at the pump when I was done fueling up and paid at the pump. If you don’t like having people coming in and asking for a receipt then put a new roll of paper in the pumps!!!
