One of the pumps is leaking diesel and it’s all over the concrete around it. There’s some absorbent there but it’s not doing the job. The diesel on my shoes caused my foot to slip off the clutch pedal while shifting and is now on my floor mat.

I will never deal with this Casey’s in fear of the issues as my friend has dealt with due to the incompetent staff Casey’s employs. Management and cooperate lie and are of no assistance. They are incapable of owning up to their mistakes and fixing problem. Casey’s owes my friend money for his purchase of a Mastercard gift card which he added $50 to. On the receipt he submitted to dispute its total shows $54 was paid; however, the Casey’s employee didn’t activate the Mastercard; therefore, he paid for nothing. He’s been trying to recover his funds for 2 months and now they are saying he may not receive the refund until July. This is ridiculousness! No one should have to go through this for an employee’s mistake! I will never shop at a Casey’s again after his horrible experience.

I get that times are tough with staffing shortages. Maybe that was the case and maybe it wasn’t. But if someone comes to order at least acknowledge them and let them know you’ll be with them. Maybe a little pep in your step. One worker had some pep and one couldn’t have cared less.

Staff is always so friendly. Manager is the greatest, always takes care of customers, very professional, makes you smile and makes you want to come back. Good food. Clean store and restrooms. New parking helps. New north sidewalk to close to pumps have to wait for others to move, cannot get around vehicle in front of you.

Terrible pizza last night. Our taco was practically bare. 5 tomato pieces, a tiny bit of scattered lettuce and very few chips. Big disappointment and not worth the money.
