I ordered 2 pizzas at 3:15pm I wanted to pick them up at 4:15pm (that’s what was scheduled) I get there and nothing is ready and the employe tells me she didn’t know. I didn’t get my pizzas till 4:25 I know 10 min isn’t long but I was on a time schedule and I figured 1 hour would be enough time for them to cook everything.

They don’t know how to do there job for one. I ordered 2 pizzas and waited 20mins went in and they were JUST started make the first pizza. HOW RIDICULOUS!! so waiting another 20 freaking minutes and its finally done. And I got told that there were sorry but they had to do other stuff like it’s my problem. Casey’s is supposed to focus on costumer satisfaction PERIOD, also I didn’t get offered nothing for waiting so long. Very unhappy with this Casey’s.

What is going on with this store? Not open some mornings. It says they’re open at 4am, but might be 5am, or 6am, sometimes as late as 8am. The kitchen has been closed often, or there is no food in the warmers. The store is not clean, cluttered with boxes, and the refrigerated drinks are rarely stocked.

Was told pizza would be delivered by 6:30. 7pm rolled around and still no delivery called and they said it was on the way. 715 rolled around still nothing called again and they said they were waiting for the delivery man to come get the pizza still. We told them we would come get it and they said they would give us a discount for our inconvenience. Got there and they only took the delivery fee off. I understand things happen but I really feel like this was poor service. Our pizza was a hour late and we had to come get it. They never called us to update us we called them twice and still charged us full price for pizza that’s been sitting out and barely warm. Won’t be ordering again due to poor service.

Ordered pizza to be delivered at 7:28pm this evening… was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery (we are STILL waiting @ 8:55pm & they stop delivering @ 9pm)!!! Tried calling non-stop & could NOT get through to them in regards to the situation. Not impressed at all & this is usually 1 of our go to pizza places!!!

On 9/10/19 I went into Casey’s on oregan st. I was up at the register paying for my stuff. I was talking with the cashier (who was very nice n respectful). There was a lady standing next to her, the manager (Dawn). She was looking at the cashier and waving her hand, motioning for her to her up. I felt this was very disrespectful to me as a customer! The cashier n I were talking as I was paying for my stuff. Dawn was rude to me n the cashier! I have gone to this store plenty of times n have never felt less valued as a customer. Like my business was nothing. I cant even imagine working under a lady like that. I hope her employees know their worth n I hope she dont treat them they disrespectful way she treated me. To the cashier, you were very sweet n respectful. Thank you! To the manager Dawn, learn to value your customers n employees.

Only if people did their job right in the kitchen instead of being lazy — if something isn’t in the warmer then you go to the freezer and make it fresh . Don’t just have people thinking you’re out of the product when we all know it’s in the freezer .
