Went in the store to order a pizza at 11am on a Saturday. Guy working in the kitchen told me he was trying to leave and couldn’t help me. Another employee in the store heard this and very rudely chimed in that she couldn’t either. I have fond memories of Casey’s pizza as a kid, but this place is not the same. Hard to imagine it will be in business much longer when employees treat customers like they cannot be bothered to help.

Awesome pizza but they never answer the phone or if they do they shut the kitchen down early. Like today they closed the kitchen at 6pm on a Friday. I used to order pizza here every week. Now I go else where and when it’s been a while and I try again and they tell me they aren’t making pizzas I go another few months not ordering again. It’s kinda funny when you live in deforest but have to go to the Casey’s in Madison to get pizza because the deforest Casey’s is always closed.

CASEY’S Deforest needs to update the weekend closing hours of the store. According to google, the store is supposed to be open until 10pm. Just left there and the store was already closed at 6:30pm. From what I could see, the store hours are not listed on the doors or any of the windows.

Last few times we’ve stopped there aren’t any employees present and when someone is there they can’t be bothered to make any pizza. Used to order quite a bit but after being left high and dry a few times we’re done with this place.

I ordered breakfast pizza for Friday morning, got my confirmation and thanks for the offer. Went to pick up Friday morning no one was there and never got a call that the order wouldn’t be available or cancelled…I think that’s very very disappointing…

The BEST pizza around! (Recommend sausage & mushroom on thin crust with extra cheese.) Great big selection of beverages, snacks, and some yummy baked treats that could be habit forming. Bathroom was clean. + gas & smokes.

Nice small and clean store. In a slower area so everything feels slow paced. Though employees sometimes could be friendlier. Great food from the kitchen, my go to stop for breakfast pizza.
