Poorest costumer service I’m ever seen. No sandwich’s at all in the display case at all but a bunch made behind the counter and I wanted one. I stood there as 2 employees stood by the office door talking to who I believe was the manager about non work related issues for about 5 minutes. They all seen me standing there staring at them including the cashier. Finally they broke up their powwow and a couple minutes later who I believed to be the manager acknowledged me by telling me they don’t make subs to order I said that’s fine I just want one that’s back there done. She said they were not done they ran out of lettuce I could see lettuce cheese and meat on them. I said I’ll take one anyway she said she can’t sell them they are not done. As I was walking away I heard an employee tell her some were done and she proceeded to argue with them. Then finally as I had a foot out the door she said well call him back then he tried I left and will never go back. You can’t expect much out of employees when management is this horrible.

The workers here are extremely rude, and they stare at you like a deer in headlights. I have never witnessed such horrible customer service from a Casey’s before. Cannot believe they still withhold their jobs behaving like that. Pretty sure one of the Cashiers is under the influence as well because he had slurred speech and took him 10 seconds to respond almost every time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this gas station to anyone who likes to chit chat.

By far the worst Casey’s I’ve ever unfortunately been forced to stop at weekly. They leave 8 hour old food of all type out for purchase (per Casey’s not supposed to happen) the employees are absolutely disgusting when it comes to personal hygiene. Been in there multiple times only to see someone in the back making food without gloves or not washing their hands before cooking. Today was the icing on the cake though! Will be calling the department of health to make a complaint about this store! DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Goto the SA across the street even though it’s not much better at least they don’t have multiple food safety violations going on at any given moment

If I could give zero stars I would employees standing around on there phones asked if there was any more breakfast pizza and they said no and it was 7:30 in the morning and that there was not going to be when checking out the girl would not even get off her phone to check my items out and I think she was the manager the worst customer service and looking at the other reviews looks like this is a on going problem will not be back

The store was a chaotic storm that was setting itself up for its own. Dismal state the store itself was so inviting and nice once; but now it holds only sadness, and grief it seems as will the store is lacking any real hope. Of being restored the problem seems to be with the staff, and the cleanliness that was slowly decaying. For it makes the store look bad and its a sad even for a person or a costumer because they expect a clean store, and more of a better attitude from employees and employers. Also excellent costumer service can provide the store a more modest and real work then it can be back on track it’s sad. But you never know it can go back. To that old Casey’s way to it but you never know – thank you the realist.

Their kitchen is closed every other other day at least. Always out of things. Whoever does their ordering and scheduling needs more training. This has been ongoing since this location opened. Haven’t seen this much disorganization at any gas station ever. Last time stopping there. The only thing consistent is their inconsistency.

Bathrooms are clean!! Super friendly employees. Great selection of quick food to go. It’s all fresh made- no pre made sandwiches in plastic. If you want something you don’t see, they will make it for you! And ofcourse the pizza!!!!! Yum!!!! Speedway is directly across the street and I haven’t been there once since this Casey’s opened.

I absolutely love Casey’s pizza! It reminds me of the school pizza from over 30 years ago. I find it very convenient to order thru the Casey app. Unfortunately the closest one to me is out of delivery range but well worth going and picking up. You can also order your drinks to be ready at pick up, saves time! I eat the left overs cold it’s so good. They also have slices in the warmer if you’re just needing a quick bite. Lots of cheese and just the right amount of grease. Lol but really, pizza is not pizza without the grease. That’s where all the yummy is! So remember to grab those napkins and enjoy!!!
