Manager refuses to deal with scheduling issues to the point the kitchen shuts down early (happens on a regular basis). Manager refuses to put people on schedule for weeks at a time leaving registers and kitchen short staffed and some employees have lost a place to live on account of no pay. Manager refuses to clean black mold throughout store. Management has cut warmer items from inventory on account of short staff in kitchen ( only 1 cook in kitchen during peak hours when online orders/call in orders take priority). Workers have to contact district manager to resolve issues within the store. Coustumer wait time has doubled, at times tripled, when promised time hits 25-30 minutes (so you can wait an hour or more).

Shout out to the night staff tonight!!! The gentleman working the front recognized me from earlier when I had an app malfunction, and offered a free drink and pizza because of the mishap. This is why our family shops here!!!

I ordered a pizza at Casey’s in Rockford, drove all the way home (20 min) to find out that it was the incorrect pizza even though the receipt on the pizza displayed the correct information. I called to speak with someone at the store because it wasn’t that big of a deal and I was sure they could just run over another pizza. I was subjected to 20 questions as if I was lying about the pizza, and then after agreeing that they did mess up, I was told that I needed to drive back to the store or I could not be refunded. No offer to deliver the correct pizza, not even an offer for some sort of money off on the pizza. I was given the option to either drive back and get a refund and then have to order another pizza, or else get a coupon for a pizza in the mail? Are you serious? Nothing at all for the huge inconvenience and terrible customer service from the assistant manager Vicky. Absolutely disgraceful, completely their fault by their own admission and no willingness to do anything to help correct the problem. I used to go to this store a lot and will not be spending my money there anymore. Pretty sure most of the employees are high on meth anyways. Enter at your own risk!!

First, I love Casey’s pizza however everytime I go into this location for a slice of hot pizza, the pizza case is completely empty. Friday, August 26th 5:30 pm and no pizza for sale. Two people in the kitchen and two people running the counter and no pizza… it blows my mind the owner of the Rockford location dont know how his store is operated. Don’t order pizza from here – it either won’t be done on time or will be the wrong pizza… I’ve given this place at least five chances and every time there has been a major issue. If my pizza isn’t going to be done on time just give me a simple phone call stating what time it’ll be done so I don’t have to drive all the way there to find out you haven’t even started.

I anxiously tried their taco pizza tonight, new to town and looking for a go to pizza place. Holy cow were we impressed! Will stop looking for a great pizza place because we found it! There could have been more chips on the pizza, and maybe for the 20$ they could have thrown in some sour cream… everything else was 100% perfect. Yummy!

Placed online order for a couple of pizzas. Says wait time would be 50 mins. Ill wait not in a rush go there 50 mins. later order was not started. Chef apologized and said be done in 20 mins. Come back 20 mins. later barley started my order so wait around for 30 more mins. Got my food and some free breadsticks give props to the one guy doing all the work, but almost 2 hours for an order is a little absurd. Need more staff during peak hours!
