Ordered 2 specialty meal deals for $53.43 at 5:40pm and they were supposed to be ready at 6:00pm and they were not ready until 6:15pm… Got home to find that the two pizzas I ordered which were a BBQ beef and a Supreme pizza were messed up. I instead got two supreme pizzas, half an orderb of bread sticks, and all of the wings. Went back up there to get it fixed and they offered me a free pizza and a free order of bread sticks… The inside of the Casey’s had really gone downhill lately… The employees seem to not know what’s going on half the time… This is the second time my order I have placed there has been messed up because one of the employees didn’t know that it was a meal deal… The men’s bathroom was disgusting and the toilet was gross…

i’ve never had a bad experience while Keith the (kitchen worker) or DeAnna (front of store clerk) has been working. they’ll do anything in their power to make sure your experience at this store is 5 star for a small town establishment. not to mention, Keith’s food is always the best!

caseys of wells is the worst gas station ever. the service is horrible and slow. if you order a pizza you might as well expect to wait an extra 20-25 min than they tell you to even though there’s 3 people standing in the kitchen with in butt.

Last New year’s evening, I came to the counter with two slices of pizza and a coffee. When the teller told me my bill, I realized that I didn’t have my wallet. She insisted that I take the food and that I owed nothing for it, ever. It brought tears to my eyes (but not until I got into my truck).

Wells Casey’s is the worst store ever. If you order a pizza and have it delivered the kid will sit in his car smoking and playing on his phone till he feels like delivering it talk about lazy. I wish another gas station was in town cause this is terrible. If there’s a line hope you’re ready to wait cause they will never open the other register. They just stand in the back talking while the oldest person working runs the register at a nice slow pace. They might open the other register when there’s 3 people left in the store. Lazy.

I drove a car that didn’t have my masks in them. I entered only to be attacked by a female employee named Onnah. I asked for a mask and she said they didn’t have any I asked why and she rudely replied “Why don’t you have one!” I said I cannot shop she said “No you have to leave!” Ok Onnah, the Casey’s representative, I will never go to any Casey’s anywhere ever!! A customer followed me out and told me she was a rude person and offered a mask, but I told him I wouldn’t need it here. BTW Onnah if you want to encourage mask wearing don’t alienate people who do wear them.

Wife placed an order over the phone, was told a time to pick it up, I got there 5 minutes after the pickup time given, no pizza! Half hour of waiting pizza was done, they threw in an order of breadsticks for the inconvenience which was appreciated! Got home to find a pizza that wasn’t even the right kind! I usually like Casey’s pizza;but pretty sure we won’t be ordering from this location again! A taco pizza without toppings c’mon that’s the whole point in ordering taco! They did say after a phone call to the store that we can pick up coupons for a free pizza, pretty sure the wife won’t be picking them up!

Ordered online and they “didn’t have an order” when I was there to pick it up 40 minutes later, so I placed my order again in person and left for another 25 minutes, came back and still they claimed they had no order and could place one now. Not sure what drugs the manager was on but she could not look me in the eye and clearly doesn’t have the brain capacity to make a pizza. Rediculous service.

I get the whole mask thing and if they want to enforce it. Stopped in last week and was refused service. Reason for refused service was that they didn’t like my “mask”. Mask by definition is a covering over ones face. This I have but people working thought different. Take my business else where if that’s the case.
