Picked up taco pizza and the lettuce was completely rotten. We called the store to let them know and they argued us and said they checked the fridge and their lettuce is fresh. Well here is what the pizza looked like

Picked these sunflower seeds up a few weekends ago. Who looks at the expiration date when they buy something? You would think the store takes care of that!? Guess not! They were nasty! Not the first bad experience here!

Ordered two pizzas online for lunch. Manager, Duane, offered to carry my pizzas to my vehicle as I have a broken arm. Very nice gesture considering I didn’t ask.

The store seems to be out a order and somedays its super clean and other days its like a twister when through it. But the kitchen staff is amazing!!

I’m rating mostly for the pizza. It’s always good and reasonably priced. Unless you decide to do half and half. You get charged full amount no matter if one half is just cheese and the other is a specialty. It’d be great if they didn’t do that.

Beware! I purchased $10 worth of gas at this Casey’s recently with a prepaid debit card. I paid outside with the card and then went to Teal’s to get groceries. I knew how much money should have been on the card yet. But when I tried to pay for the groceries, there was only enough money left to pay part of the total. I found that Casey’s had put a hold of $75 on my card!!! So I bought and paid for $10 worth of gas and Casey’s put a hold on $65 of my money until the $10 purchase cleared. Even if that’s legal, it sure isn’t the way to keep a customer. I will never buy gas at Casey’s again.

I honestly love Casey’s pizza, but it’s a pain in the butt to get someone to answer the phone.. I get everywhere is understaffed & busy but they had these problems before covid.. honestly to me the staff could have a little better customer service but once again I understand in a busy environment it can be stressful… I’ve had two pizzas that look like they were topped by a 3 year old… very sad..
