Beware! I purchased $10 worth of gas at this Casey’s recently with a prepaid debit card. I paid outside with the card and then went to Teal’s to get groceries. I knew how much money should have been on the card yet. But when I tried to pay for the groceries, there was only enough money left to pay part of the total. I found that Casey’s had put a hold of $75 on my card!!! So I bought and paid for $10 worth of gas and Casey’s put a hold on $65 of my money until the $10 purchase cleared. Even if that’s legal, it sure isn’t the way to keep a customer. I will never buy gas at Casey’s again.

I get everywhere is understaffed & busy but they had these problems before covid.. honestly to me the staff could have a little better customer service but once again I understand in a busy environment it can be stressful… I’ve had two pizzas that look like they were topped by a 3 year old… very sad..
