We came in to get food after a weekend of camping and tubing in the river. I wasn’t fond of this place and won’t be returning to this location. We asked an employee if they could order food and was instructed yes as she continued to stock the floor. I stood at the counter where they make the food and made eye contact several times with an employee in the back food prep area. Never once did anyone come over to help or did an employee come ask if we needed anything. Nor did the employee that we asked behind us stocking the condiments that we 1st asked originally. Even if she just even alerted someone to assist us would of been nice. I look in food case to find the food that was already in warmers had already been past the eat by time. We get on the road after grabbing the chicken sandwich from food warmer because we are that hungry and as it’s getting eaten we notice that their is discoloration in the meat. So that now that was also a waste. I was really disappointed because I go to another Caseys in a different town and they are way better than this. I don’t recommend coming here if you have hopes of good service. We had a family of 4 on this trip. There is more I could add but I think I’ll just leave everyone with this, take it as you wish.

Casey’s is fine. Gas runs the normal amount. Never see it run lower than other stations. They do frequently have problems with their gas pumps. Either the screens are not working at the pump, or it will require you to prepay, even if you want to use your card at the pump, but there is no sign saying that. Sometimes you can pay at the pump, but you never know which pump, or when. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The place is always clean too. It’s easy to find snacks, supplies, and drinks.

Caseys really does have a heart for they’re customers! I was having issues with my EBT and rather then struggling for some time, they were generous and payed for my coffee and bear claw this morning. Definitely my new favorite store! Thank you Casey’s!

Staff was friendly and understanding but when the pump charged my bill to a strangers card, I thought I ought to do the honest thing and let the staff know that there has been a mix up and someone else is being charged for my gas as my card was never entered. After much frustration and patience, the team couldn’t figure out the issue and contacted their boss. After trying to be nice and responsible and explain the time crunch that we were on, she threaten to call the police on us if we did not pay the money that was charged to someone else card. So instead of being thanked for trying to prevent the store from stealing from another person on accident, we were threatened and forced to use the ATM which provided us with an additional charge. This store now has an extra $33 in it’s tills today because the other person was still charged and will not be refunded till the person in charge can make time tomorrow to fix it. You’re welcome for the positive balance you will find in your cash registers tonight. Never coming here again. At least the staff on duty were friendly.

I wish I were exaggerating when I say this is the worst gas station. Most of the pumps are always broken or won’t accept card. Never give receipts, whole thing is a mess. Sure seems to be the theme with caseys though so atleast they’re consistent.
