I got a pizza from here for once because the other location in town doesn’t allow online orders at the moment, I order a thin crust pep pep pep, or whatever they call it. Paid 16 bucks and this is what I got…Caseys usual has good pizza, very disappointed. I get people make mistakes but this is inexcusable…thanks for the burnt lunch Caseys!!!!

I used to really like this Casey’s. The pizza used to be PERFECT. As of the last few months, it has been rock hard, beyond burnt and pitiful. I also am very frustrated with what I assume to be a manager here. She is ALWAYS very rude. There was a new worker this past week who was struggling with the till. She gave him the worst attitude while he was struggling and asking for help. She sighed and rolled her eyes everytime he said her name. I felt so bad for him because he was so sweet and still trying to have a good attitude. So many people I know complain about this lady, I’m surprised she still works there. I am not going back because I never want to encounter her again as it seems she keeps getting worse.

Ordered a sausage breakfast pizza. The lady behind the deli counter was slamming things around and cussing. We stood there and waited almost 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement from her. She had looked at us several times she obviously knew we were there. When she got close enough to ask her about the pizza we ordered she very rudely replied “can you wait!” And then procedure to grab the pizza that had been sitting there done waiting for us the entire 15 minutes we stood there! Then she basically tossed the pizza into our hand and rudely walked away! I understand having a bad day, we all have them! But she was out of control and rude!

I stopped there Sept 11, 2020 at about 6:30 PM. I’m not looking to start a political discussion here, but…. The sign on the door said masks were optional, inspite of a mandate and the young man at the register refused to pull his mask into proper place on his face. And…. The older gentleman that was preparing food in the deli/pizza kitchen had no mask at all. We departed with nothing… You lost our $$$ and a few others…
