Fuel pumps need their receipt printers fixed. ~80% of the time I have to walk in to get a copy of a fuel receipt, defeating the purpose of pay at the pump.

Stopped by on a Saturday evening close to 6pm. Was ignored by all workers. The gentlemen behind the pizza counter cut a couple of pizza’s, looked up, and then proceeded into the cooler without saying a word and never returned. If he was going on break all he had to do was acknowledge we were there and let us know someone would be with us shortly. We decided to leave and then were approached by someone in the back of store, asking us if we had been helped. We love Casey’s pizza but not sure if we will return. They either don’t have enough help or the service is very poor! I gave two stars because the pizza is great; it’s the service that needs to step up a notch!

Aweful customer service. We had traveled about 10hours. Swung in, filled fuel, purchased several snacks. Let the little ones out to run while we smoked a cigarette. An old, haggard lady with purple hair confronted us and told us that she worked there and we were not allowed to loiter outside the store. We were standing by the cigarette receptacle and well away from the door. It’s hardly loitering to take a 10 min break after spending $50
