I work here and I think we accommodate well especially for disabled people but we don’t have regular service for people in wheelchairs. I have more than once REALLY helped the guy in the wheelchair even when I’m off the clock. The girl in the pic was quit quite quickly. Please do try our C-Store if you are disabled we have a pretty good team now. Also, we don’t WANT to card people we know can buy beer or cigarettes but it’s a new Corporate Rule.

So went here to get an iced coffee ☕️ from their coffee machines made for that purpose & some of the flavors were out like if you are going to have machines like this then you need to keep them full at all times not wait till closing time to refill them!!! Other than that the employees were very friendly so I’ll give them that positive compliment!!

When I first visited Brookings back in 2014 for summer football camp I thought this town was all about the Jacks and nothing else. Boy was I wrong. Fast forward to 2021 6:30 am playing madden after a long night out. Really at this point all I want is a decently warm gas station burrito to hold myself over for a few hours. I traveled far and long making multiple stops at various low end gas stations coming away short each time. We arrive at your Casey’s as a last hope and lo behold we finally found it. The perfect gas station burrito. I’m talking this thing was THICK. Perfect blend of meats and spices, tortillas shell slightly soggy just how I like it, and surprisingly hot and not luke warm like most. Overall 10/10 it absolutely smacked and really for $5 your not getting a better fix. At this point their gas prices don’t matter I recommend everyone go to Casey’s and get the new breakfast burrito. Thank me later

Went in to get some famous Casey’s pizza and a customer had a cat in there. It was not a service animal as it was not marked at all. Cashier was playing with the cat behind the counter and letting it crawl all over the counter. Cat was shedding all over the place. Cashier made no attempt to clean or sanitize after animal crawled all over the counter and shed fur all over the place. Had to wait for Cashier to finish playing with the cat to check out. Definitely Health Code Violations in a Food Service Establishment.

A friend of mine whom is wheelchair bound needed help at the pumps. He pushed the button and asked for help. The poor excuse for a employee said “i am the only one here and you need to go somewhere else”. She was NOT the only one there! My friend watched another associate walk out of the freezer.
