HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a taco pizza and they forgot the best parts!!! The chips and taco sauce!!!! My car unfortunately went out so we had it door dashed, and when I called to get the problem fixed. The guy I talked to basically blew me off and said to call the store tomorrow about getting a refund. On top of the car giving out the one thing I would have liked to enjoy was a taco pizza, BUT NO YOU GUYS HAD TO RUIN THAT FOR ME TO!!!!

The team members have always been great with me and getting what I’m looking for but there’s one employee who always gives me attitude. Every time I go to get cigarettes he tries giving me the wrong ones and I’ve noticed that he has a short fuse for his customers. As I customer, I look for employees who are willing to take their time to get what I’m looking for, get me the right products and most of all, walk into an environment that’s welcoming. At this point, Casey’s is starting to lose a very good customer who comes in at a near-regular basis.

Maybe I am crazy but you just cant find a bad Caseys. I cant tell you how many I have been to all over the Midwest and have never found one that is terrible. I really like the new one by the highway. This one is really good too. I think any descent sized SD town would be lucky to have a Caseys like this. It is kind of hard to mess up a gas station.

I was so impressed by the wrap I got here for lunch. I opted to add most of the vegetables to my club wrap and they seemed fresher than any I’ve ever had in any chain sandwich shops. I was surprised, I’d heard good things about Casey’s food in the city I live in but never tried it there, so this was the first time I’d had Casey’s made to order food. The people working were friendly and pleasant, too. This Casey’s has been my saving grace while stuck in town with car trouble. They have had everything I’ve needed/wanted so far.

The employees working behind the pizza counter could use some manners. There is a young guy that works the pizza counter and has the dullest and rudest attitude ever. Now tonight when i simply asked if I could still have a wrap made around 10:30, the girl with pink hair working said, “probably not right now”. When i ordered one a few nights ago, ironically from the usually rude guy around the same time of night. He made me one. And she wasn’t so nice about it. Said it with attitude. If you don’t like your job, find another one guys!

Most of their food is tasteless and I’ve had issues with their gasoline. I suspect the non ethanol could have ethanol in it. When I buy non ethanol other places, my fuel economy(MPG) is better. Making a note to NOT stop at Casey’s unless an emergency calls.

The manager is rude and judges/treats you based on your appearance. Everything is delicious especially their subs, except their icce/slushie machine which tastes mildew-y, clearly the machine hasn’t been cleaned in a awhile. All of the employees are very nice though!

I’ve heard they had good pizza but was skeptical because . . . it’s a gas station. I’m glad I finally tried it. I now prefer it to dominos. The cheese actually tastes like fresh mozzarella and the pizza even tastes good the next morning.

Giving a 3 and not a 1 because I’ve never really had an experience like this one before but the other day I grabbed a sub from here and found wax paper or whatever they cut/wrap the sandwiches on in little pieces throughout my sub. Needless to say I threw the whole thing away, wasting like 5 or 6 bucks
