I am in almost daily customer here. Three pros- Great customer service, good selection and the chicken salad sandwiches are amazing! Three cons- not handicap accessible, randomly change store hours and they don’t sell cans of soda.

The Lisbon Casey’s is a total joke. There is hardly ever any pizza in the warmer IF the kitchen is even open at all. The last time I called to order a pizza, I had to call twice just to get someone to answer the phone. Then he proceeded to tell me it would be at least 45 minutes, but more likely an hour because he had to take off his gloves to answer the phone. I just hung up. Completely pathetic. I will be cashing in my rewards and not going back. I would give the Lisbon Casey’s 0 stars if it was an option. If you are going to move into a small town and take business away from locally owned stores you should know how to run it right.

Why even put an estimated time when you clearly make the pizza whenever you feel like it. This is not the first time this has happened and pizza is not always cooked completely. This seems to be a location specific issue as I have gone to plenty of other Casey’s in the country and have not had this issue.

Cashier corie has horrible customer service. Rolls her eyes when asked if we could get a receipt, she also had an attitude when we asked if they had anymore iced coffee, because the machine was empty. I don’t think I have ever been disrespected so bad by an employee Especially. Since my husband or I go in to the store almost everyday.

We ordered two pizzas by the phone, we arrived to pickup our pizza they said we must have ordered them from the Oakes store, we hadn’t they employee lied to me to cover his mistake. Making a mistake is human, lying to me can’t be tolerated. We won’t be back, not gas or anything else.

Horrible service. The last 3 pizzas I have ordered they didn’t have them right. I ordered a custom pizza with 4 toppings when I got home and ate a piece it only had onions and extra cheese. They forgot the meat . The next pizza I ordered was the same 4 toppings. When I stopped to pick them up they made 2 pizzas one with pepperoni only and the other with my other 3 ingredients. I refused to pay for their mistake. They kept the pepperoni pizza, but still charged me for a 4 ingredient pizza when there was only 3 toppings on it. . The last pizza I ordered was not even started when I stopped to pick it up. Mind you that I had ordered it 35 minutes before and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I will never order another pizza from the Lisbon store again.

I was very promptly and politely greeted by an employee named John. He seemed to be the only employee working and was taking out the garbage when i pulled up but he quickly sprinted inside to authorize my gas pump. Once inside I was greeted by a polite smile and an upbeat young man. I went to use the restroom (which had a mop bucket outside) and was surprised to find the cleanest bathroom that I have ever encountered at a Casey’s. I don’t write reviews usually but i felt that this guy earned one! I will be back.

Was shorted items from an online food order. I didn’t have time to wait for them to be made. Cashier (Jayden) wouldn’t fix the receipt. Expected me to pay for items I wasn’t getting. I just walked out and will not be back for awhile.
