Called this morning to order a breakfast pizza. The gentleman in the kitchen that I talked to was very nice and helpful. He said they would get the order in right away. When I got there, the woman at the register helped me right away and ran back to get my pizza. The gentleman in the kitchen recognized my name and made a point to come and thank me for the order and to have a great day. This level of customer service was a great experience to start my day, and I just wanted to thank the staff. There is a Casey’s closer to my house that didn’t answer this morning when wanting to order the pizza, so called this location and will make it a point to drive a few extra minutes for this wonderful service. Thank you!!

The degenerate working closed 10 minutes early. Yay liberal America and being super F$#&king lazy. Thanks for having the lights on and open till 10 but telling my kids they can’t get a drink cause you have to hurry to go drink your Pabst beer . Put in an online order on 3/6/21 – Came to pick it up, and they could not find it. Verified the Order # and location. Apparently they let a delivery company take it. They said they could remake it, but it would take 25 more minutes, on top of the 30 minutes we already waitied. I asked for a discount for the inconvienience, and they said they couldn’t do anything about that without a manager on site. So – they cancelled our order, wasted an hour of our time, and left us with a very bad experience an no real reason to order from there again.

Ordered two breakfast pizzas online for in store pickup and when I arrived at pickup time, the pizzas were not only not made but the order was ignored. The employees could not stop arguing with each other on who was going to make pizzas and they asked me if I still wanted them and I said of course they told me it would take 20 minutes I said of course and then they continued to argue over who was going to make them. Needless to say I left without pizzas and a horrible taste in my mouth and no apologies from management who stared at me like a child with poop in his pants as if I was supposed to come up with the solution.

A chick work there named destiny shorted me on my change. I paid with a 100 dollar bill. She didn’t give me a receipt and when I came back to get my change she said she didn’t remember me coming in the store. So I sent someone else in to do the same thing and she proceeded to short them on their change. And she smelled like weed and piss
