**edited to add: I contacted Casey’s about this order and heard nothing back but they responded to to this review asking me to contact them days later. In public, they try to act like they have good customer service but behind the scenes, I emailed them a long time ago and never heard back. In fact, I haven’t gotten a response to any of my emailed complaints the last three times I ordered. They apparently only respond to negative public reviews, so don’t let their response fool you!

this gas station never fails to let us down when we go there. they almost never have their hot food made, it was 2pm on a friday and they had no hot food made and everyone in the kitchen would just stand around. we stood there and made it very apparent we were waiting for help, but all 3 of them there would rather ignore you and lose business than communicate with you. i wish i could say this is the first time but sadly it’s not and that’s why i’m leaving this review. i hope this gas station takes the time to retrain their kitchen staff in both costumer service and time management.

I’m a regular of Casey’s in general, however every time I’ve been to this location few times. Every time I’ve had poor experience. Plus if you get pizza during covid expect half the size as usual and burnt. I live in Sioux Falls one of the “hot spots” and they lifted their ban on self serve weeks ago. So no getting tiny over cooked slices that no one would pick otherwise unless you got a discount.

Two bad experiences. One night had a order for pizza and got there and one of the two in the kitchen looked around for the order and the other guy came up and said the kitchen was closed before they knew about the order. Cashier wasn’t too pleased with them. Today go to prepay gas and have to wait for the cashier to finish whatever on his phone. Rings me up and I told him I’d like to enter my number for rewards he hits the card button and turns to do whatever with the cigarettes, not even sure what he was doing with them with his back to me and I just had gas, so I stand and wait so he could back out of the card mode so I can enter my phone number. He never turned around so I just put my card in and walked out when it said accepted. Whats the point of rewards if they complain about scanning my phone and ignore me completely when checking out?

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Worst company to go to for service and/or work for. Manager always talked about staff and their medical absences and sometimes in front of customers. They literally worked people into the ground and out of their way. I wouldn’t recommend Casey’s to anyone I know especially with the management going on there…
