Just was there to place a pizza order and the lady was very rude and then told me to leave the store because she would not serve me because she couldn’t spell the word sticks for the code to get free bread sticks!! I will never go back to that location ever!! The one in Addison is so much better and more friendly!!!!

Filled up my car today. 27.5 gls of fuel in a tank with capacity of 26.4 gls??? And the meter just went into the red and activated the low fuel warning. I wasn’t running on fumes. This is not right. But I guess this is how they come up with these low fuel prices. You pay cheaper for the fuel but they overcharge you on the gallons filled. I believe I was overcharged at least 4 gallons of fuel. Do your math….

Unprofessional people I will never spend a dime at this place every time I put gas I have to walk inside for receipt and they want to me wait in line. It’s already inconvenient to walk inside plus wait in line? No! Thank you.

There’s a tall bald guy with glasses that works here. I’ve been coming here for years, and once this Scrooge started working here, he has to ID me each time for cigarettes. He knows who I am, just has to exercise his weird power trip. No one else ids me because I’m a 30 year old man. I once told my coworker about this and he said that he never got IDd from him. We are the same age and don’t look that young… One day he didn’t, and I was like finally! went back two days later, he says he needs ID. I almost lost it. Maybe I have because I’m writing a review. And don’t give me the we card everyone line, it’s not true.

It’s 1 pm and there was 1 two hr old slice of pizza in 2 warming racks and a full warmer of breakfast sandwiches. When I asked if the was any service for the kitchen they told me it would be ten mins. I love Casey’s but this one idk what’s going on!
