June 9, around 8:55ish pm, I stopped into Casey’s to get gas. I was having trouble getting my card to work. I had already been to 2 gas stations right before with no success. The young man working the counter was extremely professional & understood my dilemma & was actually able to get my card to work. He never got frustrated once. I couldn’t be more grateful with his professionalism & assistance. Everytime I go into Casey’s, the employees are more than willing to help & always provide great service. Any chance I get, I will be taking my business to them. Thank you very much & keep up the good work.

I go here pretty often. Some of the cashiers here are nice & kind. Not a very busy place to go to. Only down side I’ll say is that there pizza is kinda bland. Overall, pretty nice convenience store to go to.

I called to make an order for pick up and the lady working basically told me she wouldn’t make my order because she didn’t feel like it she said “honestly I already have some orders I’m making right now so that would just take too long” and laughing the whole time she was telling me this. it was biscuits and gravy like wtfffff. I wanna be a Karen and tell the manager because that’s rude and just pure laziness.

i was in there this morning to get coffee and they really do have an all-star team. i learned from them that an inferior being like myself should have to pay taxes for their children so they can stay ahead. Like their 1st Assistant says, “the men should have to do the harder work.” i will carry these values with me every where i go.

I have gone in here multiple times and had my pizza messed up. This last time was just the icing on the cake for me that I have finally left a review. The girl refused to admit she made a mistake and argued with me disrespectfully in front of multiple customers standing in line. I am contacting corporate concerning the lack of customer service and respect two regular valued customers. This Casey’s just officially lost me as a customer. I’ll drive the extra few miles to get a better experience with proficiency. It’s no wonder they couldn’t stay open 24 hours. Just shows what kind of employees they hire.

This morning I’m giving them 2stars. On my way to work, kinda hungry, so I thought I would like to get some hot food. 5:10 in the morning & the lady was just cleaning the donut case. There was 1 piece of pizza, 1 breakfast sandwich & 1 breakfast bowl. And who knows how long that stuff had been in there. So, I went to McDonald’s.

If I were given the option to give this establishment 0 stars I would. Terrible management of this location. The employees are disrespected by the store manager consistently. Their schedules are changed constantly with absolutely no notice and they are expected to just work the unscheduled shift so that the managers dont have to be there. Since there are no managers present things do not go as they are supposed to. Employees smoking marijuana and even selling it while working. Another instance of poor management would be an under age employee purchasing alcohol while working. There are a million horror stories about this establishment and the managent. Perhaps it’s better phrased as lack of management.

I go in for a slice of pizza. Told I can’t get it myself so the lady grabs the slice with no glove, didn’t wash her hand. She grabs the slice by the crust. There are 5 workers no body is wearing a mask. Gross
