I am from a small little town and we had Casey’s so I was so excited when they open the Bolingbrook Caseys, but every single time I go there there is never any pizza and that’s the best part of Casey’s. The workers. There are never happy. The store is always filthy, and when I ask, are you making any pizzas? They said doesn’t look like there’s gonna be any pizzas. We only have two workers here and I said OK but every time I come in here there’s no pizzas there’s a while I suggest you go somewhere else, then very very disrespectful people working there school Very very sad because Casey’s pizzas are the best so I have to drive all the way to Plainfield if I want to get a piece of pizza from Casey’s or wait till I go back home to my little town

Store is disgusting! The bathrooms have feces on floors and walls, toilet seat! the kitchen staff rarely changes there gloves or aprons!!!! They will use bathroom with apron on sometimes not even washing hands, going back to work with same apron on! Be careful pulling into the parking lot as there are huge craters that will cause you to bottom out get stuck or blow a tire! Nothing ever works!there smoothie machine has been broken for months! Whenever I stop in after my 9-5 shift they are always out of self serve pizza. They also have one of the grossest gas station bathrooms. They only plus side to this place is how friendly their cashiers are.

Casey’s corp. hasn’t done anything to remedy the Bolingbrook station. They don’t care. No pizza continues , dirty store, and appalling customer service. Especially from the manager! I will stay away and all should too.

Dirty. Nothing fresh and ready. No pizza, no macaroni, I was shocked to see such a dirty and depressed Casey’s. Usually Casey’s is a great experience. We walked in and right back out. Staff looks bored and unmotivated. Very disappointed.

I am honestly floored by all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but exceptional, yes – exceptional, experiences at this Casey’s. I have ordered pizza from here a few times now, and despite interacting with different people each time, I have encountered some truly above and beyond fantastic customer service every time. Sweet little touches like adding a nice note to the top of our pizza box, or having a unique and positive interaction with the employees. The breakfast pizza is always super good. I grew up around Casey’s stores, and was thrilled to learn one was going in so close to us. I’m looking forward to trying their taco pizza – another Casey’s favorite of mine from younger years.

Editing my initial review place was fine for the first two or so months pizza always there etc. last 5 visits 2 at around noon 3 around 4-5pm not a single slice of pizza available for purchase every visit I’ve come an employees is outside smoking a cigarette there seems to be a guy behind the pizza counter area on some visits but theirs never any pizza to buy slice wise. Pretty much the only reason I come here is to get gas and a slice and there’s never any slices.
