Spent about 5 minutes waiting in line behind a woman with 4 children under the age of what appeared to be 12. All 4 children were picking out scratch off tickets and the cashier took her sweet time chatting with the mother and giggling about the kids getting lucky on their scratch offs. By the way, it’s illegal to knowingly sell to minors. Then when it was my turn, was told I couldn’t use the pump I was at due to their being a pre pay on it? No one else was at the pump or anywhere near it. Doesn’t make sense when I’m the one at the pump. But ok. Left and went to a gas station closer to home.

Horrible place and horrible service first off the can’t even break a $100 even though it’s a gas station and I needed gas. Number 2 pizza is always dry and never made right. They never changed there food out will sit in there for hours. I will definitely not be coming back here. I will be going to BP that across the street.

Only caseys ive been too that doesnt offer cash back on debit. Also everytime ive come in here employees are eating either standing in the kitchen or behind the counter. I was served at the counter a few months ago, employee was stuffing face with pizza and never went to wash hands before helping me.

Arrived on 10/12/2022 at 12:30pm to get a few pizza slices only to have all employees outside smoking and NO PIZZA available. When I called to ask if they now had pizza available at 1:00pm she state she was making them now. And she needed a break because she had been there since 6:00AM. And had not had a break.

Ordered two pepperoni pizzas and when I got home the cheese literally had slid almost all the way to one side and piled up. I had to recut both pizzas and try to salvage the pepperoni and scrape off huge chunks of cheese.

Horrible! There’s never receipt dispensed. Lots of bees around the gas station. I got stung by a bee while buying gas, I let the cashier know and she couldn’t ask if there was anything they could do to help. Will always go to BP!!

The person running the register is rude. I go to purchase my coffee and other items, I was not greeted nor was offered a bag or a thank you. Fortunately there are other businesses around that offer the same products. My visit was on 5/19 at 7:30 am.
