The lady on register was more worried about telling her husband she was getting off soon than to use customer service and speak to the customer. Completely ignored me when i set my stuff down. Was rude when i said that the item was in the wrong spot on a shelf, and proceeded to play on her phone the entire time and call her husband while ringing me up.

One thing is very consistent with this location… Absolute worst customer service. On 3 different occasions, today being us on the receiving end, the employees have yelled at customers. One day the lady even threw the phone after being extremely rude to the man trying to place a pizza order. We were told by one girl, it would be about 12 mins for a breakfast burrito, then told by the other lady that she wasn’t going to make a burrito. It was 10am, no food, no coffee and about 15 people in line.

There’s a particular group of ladies that no matter when I come in there they seem like they’re in a bad mood and are Curt with me. Although they do seem to be friendly and cordial with regulars. I will go out of my way not to visit this particular Store. That’s unfortunate because they are the closest gas station and convenience store near me.

Terrible service…. pre ordered food and would have been delivered over an hour and a half later than the time specified ( ordered food at 430pm to be delivered at 645pm). At 710pm.. , dawn told me to expect food after 8 pm…. seriously?!

One of the worst Casey’s I have been into. Every one of the woman cashier’s are rude and not a single one of them are friendly. And there’s always a line even with 2 registers open. At least a 10 minute wait just to get checked out.Whatever you buy there expect them to give you a ride look on what you’re buying too. Just an absolute terrible business. You’re better off going to the Shell station across town.
