I don’t know what’s happens to this Casey’s but when you get raw pizza dough, not a fully cooked pizza, it’s just thrown into the box, I’d say mediocre at best. Doesn’t do any good to complain because management just sweeps it under the rug. Get told that Mgmt will call you back, and you get Ghosted. And the cherry on the top is when you pay in store with your debit/credit card and one of the employees scams said card for cash app to send money to themselves (yes there are police reports on this). Horrible management and even worse employees with bad attitudes.

My husband and I were hungry for a pizza, after we left a friends house, so we stopped in to the Kewanee Caseys on the way home and asked how long it would take to get a pizza. The cook said 8 minutes and he was right. Eight minutes later, we walked out with a warm delicious pizza! Great Service and Pizza!

Cheap pizza, decent location, the front cashiers have all been friendly, my gripe though has been with the staff working the food area, though the food is fairly cheap, I have been ignored multiple times when ordering (and have seen them do the same to others). The staff preparing the food have generally seemed lost or lazy or a combination of both. They keep doing whatever else, be it sweeping the same spot for ten minutes or gossiping and chatting amongst themselves while ignoring customers. If ever I want cheap pizza from this location I’m more than likely gonna try ordering over the phone.

I tried to order a carry out pizza and the woman on the phone was SO RUDE. I asked if I could get a carry out please and she huffed and puffed then says ” what do you want” in an annoyed tone. Since when is it appropriate to speak to people this way? Management needs to get it together and train their employees to speak respectfully.

This store is horrible.coolers are never stocked. Breakfast is never done. Its pretty bad when you go in this store every morning before work and have to ask them to look in the cooler for the items you want cuz they dnt stock them. I have had to make it a habbit of calling every morning to see if they have put breakfast out before I go their. I have to ask for fresh doughnuts cuz when I get their they haven’t removed the day olds from the case. Just not very convenient at all. Seems like a bunch of lazy employees. I go to shell now and get breakfast. It ready by 3am when I have to go to work

I put gas in my car got in the car my gas never went Up went to turn it off and back on still no gas Went to tell a worker they looked at me stupid said they can’t do anything. went to becks Gas station filled up and actually got gas in my car I’ll never go to Casey’s for gas again.(not the friendliest staff they are very good though at giving dirty looks)
