The manager Justin was disrespectful. I am a loyal customer and I get gas and other items from the store and for the past 2 months my ID has been accepted in the establishment until Jan, 25 2022 my ID was accepted yesterday Jan 23, 2022 so for him to blatantly say I cannot accept your id by law while I was explaining to him about the situation yet he kept brushing it off so I asked an associate about it as well who has taken my ID many a time if something changed from the day before and he confirmed that my ID was still being accepted JUSTIN IS A TERRIBLE MANGER

Just visited inside the store 11-14-20 for the first time in a few weeks. I was the only patron wearing a mask. Others entering, shopping, etc. did not bring a mask in, staff said nothing to them about wearing a mask, even though the corporate signs clearly posted at the checkouts are visible from the entrance. People are allowed to self-serve food and drink products, so may as well be eating in.

I entered to buy donuts, and probably $50.00 more. It was 5:35 am. Only high priced premium donuts were available. The two people in kitchen were having a conversation. One stopped and asked if she could help me. I asked for cake donuts, and she said I’m getting ready to make those, it will be 20 minutes. Then immediately went back to her conversation. I used to be a manager of a Casey’s store… totally unexceptical!!

I am giving caseys a 1 star because they don’t accept checks and many people use checks besides credit cards, and I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office because this Is a place that should accept all currency even checks bad Casey’s for not accepting checks anymore and I will be boycotting all caseys until they switch this around….
