This Casey’s is the worst! They do the bare minimum for food… Each an every Casey’s is loaded with hot food all day everyday. You are lucky to ever find more than a couple items at a any given time. And only offering pepperoni pizza at 9am doesn’t count! Couple that with the longest lines and the slowest registers ever and this is a Casey’s worth avoiding. We routinely pass this to go elsewhere in neighboring communities.

The lady working mornings, shorter grayish hair is RUDE!! She was watching a little girl this morning with the meanest expression on her face like the little girl was not going to steal a box of donuts and a slurpie! She is NEVER friendly to us at the register, we say thank you when we’re done and she doesnt say a word not even crack a smile, have a nice day, nothing!!! If you dont like your job lady then get out of there!! No reason for that!!!

Staff is always friendly, but every morning when I stop in at 7:15-7:30 on my way to work, the warmers are basically empty. Like, every single morning, mon-fri. I don’t even waste my time trying to spend money here anymore. If you’re looking for a good, hot breakfast onyour way to work, this is NOT the place to go.

There is a lady working the in the evenings. She has shorter light brown hair. She may be the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. Helping a customer is just out of the question for her. You can see her have a little fit in her head when interrupted to help someone. She may need to realize selling things is how she gets paid. This isn’t an isolated incident as I watched her do this to another a couple days earlier.

I am a 6-year resident of Groveland, IL. I would like to recognize Groveland Casey’s employee, Shannon Scott, for her excellent service earlier this evening. I stopped in about 8:35 PM and I walked over the sandwich area and noticed the sandwich shop was closed. Shannon graciously offered to make me a sandwich even though the shop was closed at 8:00 PM.

Probably one of the most unfriendly staffs I’ve ever encountered. Went in to get a cup of coffee and a piece of pizza and it was grueling. I would avoid this Casey’s and make the extra 5-minute drive to Morton.
