Ordered a pizza and they out sourced my order to door dash which was fine. Then over an hour later still no one picked up my order on door dash so I went to the store to get my pizza instead. Wanted them to cancel the order and I’d pay for it in store. She said she did that and so I payed for it in store. She never canceled my order so I payed over $40 for one pizza. Thanks Casey’s, and I can tell you don’t do anything about things like this happening from the reviews and nothing has changed. Hope your million dollar business enjoyed taking my $40 instead of the $16 the pizza was suppose to be.

Delivery is supposed to start at 4:30 pm Friday-Sunday, according to app, and they don’t turn it on until 5:30 pm or whenever they feel like it. Good luck if you want delivery before THEY decide to turn it on! They also have now priced themselves over the quality of the pizza. Worst customer service ever at a Casey’s.

I ordered online a chicken sandwich it came as a bun n chicken nothing like the photo in the app that shows lettuce and tomato on it. So I went to the store after ordering delivery to ask what’s the deal with the sandwich being meat n a bun only. Left because customers behind me were getting pissed…. The employee calls the cops stating I threw the sandwich at her which never happened. Place is a joke the employees are pathetic and incompetent will cops on ya with a made up story if ya return your order.

Casey’s in. Creve Coeur IL really wish you can find someone who wants to actually work when they are there. Today whomever is working is slow as molasses. The cooler is NEVER stocked when she works. I hear customers complain about her all the time. If it wasn’t such a s**t show they could get good workers. Seen couple workers cuss at customers. Get it together!

The day before Thanksgiving I ordered and paid for 2 pizzas. The dough machine “broke” and they ran out of pepperoni so they had 1 pizza for us. I was told I would get a call bc the guy that was working could NOT refund me. I still have yet to hear from a manager and when I try to call there is no answer. I would like to get my pizza credited or pick one up or anything really???

The Young lady making the pizzas did not want serve me because I am a man of color it seemed so. I spoke to her so she acknowledge me. She spoke reluctantly and kept reading. Did not intend to ask if she could take me order by her actions following speaking to me. I told the cashier what happened and she apologized.
