I usually tolerate this exception to the rule Casey’s because it’s on my normal commute, but this is the last straw. I grabbed a chicken sandwich out of the warmer and asked the lady in the kitchen if they have pickles and onions. She said no. I walked over to the sub prep table and could see them. Disgruntled she sighs,” gimme a minute”. While waiting I have extra time to look around and notice this on the food prep counter. Looks like the prisoners are running this prison. This Casey’s historically has been a constant disappointment since ’21. It was great before that. Good help is hard to find.

Made an order online but when putting in my payment information it kept saying there was an error and to refresh and try again. After doing so and continuing to get an error, I check my bank account and they took the money for the order each time I tried again. I tried calling the store but nobody answered after multiple tries.

Ordered online, money was taken but no confirmation email sent. Called in but never got my call answered. Stayed on hold the whole time while I drove to the location. When I said I was on hold now for a running 20 minutes they “discovered” the phone was muted and said they had no orders from us.

Came into the store at noon on Sunday and their credit card machines don’t work. Not to mention their pizza is Gross and disgusting. It had some sort of weird creaminess to it and was just gross. I ended up throwing it out of the door on the highway. It’s disgusting. They can’t even take credit cards but the girl kept asking me if I had EBT. Gave me creepy vibes.

I have to start by saying usually I love Casey’s, their pizzas are great and made in house. So I figured I’m going to need a sub on my way back home why not try Casey’s? Bad choice, the lady who was making them was super slow. Not a deal breaker, but it was poorly assembled. I asked for more veggies and didn’t get much more. I was charged about $10 per meal “deal” with chips and a drink. The lady even messed up our order, we asked for spicy mayo and got spicy mustard, how do you mix that up? On the way home, set ourselves up with a half of the sandwich and realize the mistake. Then just tried them, super dry. Pretty much like eating sand and I had the extra bonus of a piece of plastic in it. Really disappointing experience, if you want a sandwich go to anywhere else.

I’m only giving this Casey’s a 5 star because of 2 employees. The night time cashier that has no teeth and came from the Casey’s on linden is by far the absolute best Casey’s worker I have ever met. Back on Casey’s he refilled my gas tank for free because I ran out of cash with no questions and didn’t even ask me to pay him back. Tonight he gave me a quarter because I’m broke and couldn’t pay for my chips. This guy is the real deal. When it comes to customer service this guys is hands down the best. Next time I’m over there I need to ask for his name. I’ve had a couple conversations with him and he’s great. He said he lives over by the US coliseum. I feel bad he’s wasting all of his potential at Casey’s he need to find a job for at least 27 an hour. That’s how great he is.

Went there for dinner. I arrived at time was supposed to be ready and the order was just being placed on oven. Then I waited the man tried to hand me just the pizza I had ask what about the wings or bread sticks. Then got those they did not give me any sauces I paid for.Got home to be totally disappointed and mad. The food was disgusting, the veggies on the pizza was hard and the pizza itself was undercooked. Horrible experience and up north this was one of my favorite places. This is a shame.
