I am usually pretty happy with my experience here but on Saturday May 29th I ordered a large supreme pizza and a 12 pack of Pepsi and I ordered it online. I put the order in at 6:35pm and it said that estimated time would be 7:30…. 7:30 came and went and I just figured they were busy so I waited and finally at around 7:52 I called and checked to make sure everything was ok and was told the driver just walked out with my order….. I live over by the ball diamonds so maybe 8 or 9 blocks from there… At 8:17 the driver shows up and the pizza was barely warm!!! Very disappointed with this service!!!

I frequently order pizza on the Casey’s website, and pick it up at this location. Recently, more often than not, I have to have a “discussion” with the employee behind the counter about the order price upon arriving. For some reason, they don’t often seem to get the online deals right, and end up arriving at a total that is significantly higher than the one on the website. It’s frustrating, but I’ll continue ordering their pizza, because it’s good enough to justify the hassle.
