I would like to commend the Lebanon, IL store on such a great management staff. It is with excitement that I visit this store DAILY, sometimes several times daily. Today I was witness to the management staff of Theresa and Steve hosting an employee appreciation luncheon for all the employees along with birthday celebration for a worker. How awesome is that to organize and dedicate their time off to say thanks and great job to the employees. Lets be honest, I am sure these employees and even management staff are not breaking the bank every week with their earnings, yet these leaders took the time, effort and their own finances to say thank you to the employees. I personally had given up on this particular Caseys until the birth of the new management and several quality employees. In closing, I would like to say thank you to Theresa and Steve for creating the excitement and gratitude for the employees today. I hope they continue this trend and it spreads to other Caseys stores. It is refreshing to see the employees get some recognition as opposed to it always being the customer. Without the employees, there would be no customers.. Thank you!

Ordered food from here and it literally made everyone in my family sick. Will never buy food from here again come to find out they have expired food that they are serving and also has moldy food that management has told employees not to throw out literally took it out of the bag and smelled it and said it’s fine serve it. Just disgusting. Health department needs to be called for sure!

I got salmonella. Then when I tried to discuss the problem with the manager I got nothing but attitude. Insanely rude manager!!!!!!!!!! Temps are never checked. I also have found expired food on the shelves.

Bonnie Wagner, the redheaded cashier at the Casey’s refuses to accept government issued ID’s to purchase cigarettes. I’m out of town and saw this Casey’s sells lucky strikes, my state ID is expired so I gave her my passport as an ID. This woman could not, for the life of her, process that a passport is a government ID and was so disgusting, judgmental, slow, and unpleasant. Management should realize she is almost to the point of decrepit and probably shouldn’t be working with the public.
