it shouldn’t take an hour to make ONE medium cheese pizza. ordered it at 2:55. it’s 4:00 and it’s still not ready. and then when i tried to cancel the order, they were trying to charge me $20. the pizza costs $15.99. get it together.

3 people standing behind in the cooking area talking, while one gal had a line checking people out. Store was filthy. Cups, lids, trash, stuff off the shelves all in the drink section. Terrible!

The workers are very rude. The slushy machine is never working. The bakery never has food like donuts, puppy chow, or cookies whenever I go in. Overall very lazy and disappointing to see that place go downhill.

Okay so for starters. I rarely at Casey’s food until this new employee started. There food used to be so bland, donuts were kinda lacking icing and just didn’t taste like a bakery style donut. I went in there the other day and grabbed one thinking on the off chance they’d be better and to my surprise… They were delicious. I went back, got a slice of pizza the next day and it was spot on with a pizza chain pizza. Who ever the tall guy is with a beard, keep it up!

Women’s bathroom had no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels to wash and dry your hands. Hopefully, after running debit card twice, and clerk saying saying nothing showed we didn’t get triple charged. We finally paid cash

This is the 1st time i have ordered from this Casey’s and I will not be back. I ordered 1 medium taco pizza, a small pepperoni, cheese bread sticks and a turkey sub for delivery. Just These 4 items cost me $40, completely overpriced for what you get and lousy service. I had to wait 40minutes to get my food, not an issue with the pandemic going on. The drive a young kid, brought the 2 pizzas and the sub and forgot the breadsticks. The pizzas were hot and fresh. I immediately called the store and told the kid i was missing an item. Kid assured me the driver would bring them to me. The driver did and the sticks were ice cold. They were definitely not fresh and had been sitting out for awhile. I called the store again and told the kid on the phone what happened. He could of cared less about it. This was definitely not a good first impression. So i will not be back.

I had ordered a sandwich from this place on 11/27/2020 and was served by a young man Austin. Austin specifically asked what I wanted on my sandwich and even cut the tomatoes different sizes. Very professional attitude and fast worker. I 100% recommend going here. Thank you Casey’s!

Worst customer service EVER!!!! Girl named Dena with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in dealing with the public. Was a regular, and spent alot of money there.
