In photo 1 was what I ordered photo 2 is what I got. The cheese looked like she rolled it and the put it on the sub there was little to no Veggies I was basically just eating bread. The bad part is I asked for EXTRA of everything and didn’t get it, but she was so quick to go outside when we got there. That is bullcrap. I usually don’t call and complain about food being done wrong because I do understand how hard it is to meet everyone’s requirements, but this chick didn’t even try. Now the guy Bobby that was handling the register was awesome he was very professional to my husband and I. Bobby even sparked up a conversation with him (my husband doesn’t like to talk much to anyone.) Bobby was a excellent greeter when we entered the store (the blonde chick was rushing out the door before we even passed the front counter, pointing where our food was at) and was very polite when we left.

After pulling up to pump 2 for diesel with a 24′ travel trailer we realized that pump wasn’t working. Had to get turned around which was kinda hard with a sway hitch attached because your not supposed to turn sharp. My husband managed to get it done. I went into the store to let them know it would be nice if they could block that pump so the next person wouldn’t have to deal with it. They said they couldn’t block it but said sorry for your inconvenience. They were all young and really didn’t care.

Friday 14,2019. Took over an hour to get delivery, ordered 2 pizzas,one was a supreme with no black olives and it had them on it, the other was a sausage breakfast pizza. Both were very under cooked and we couldn’t eat the supreme at all. I tried to call and it just rang, no answer. I called the next day and asked for a manager and the girl I talked to didn’t know when the manager was coming in. Very poor service and the worst pizza I’ve ever got at caseys. Not how to run a business.

The wait time is way longer than what they say and some of the staff is very rude. When you go in to get your food and it is over a half hour late they shouldn’t get mad at you for wondering where your food is. Won’t be ordering food here again.
