i work at another casey’s and let me just say, this store has many faults. every single time a place a pickup order something goes wrong with it. told me they were out of stock of a wrap instead of just making it like we do at my store. OR they could have put the product out of stock for the app. another time i went i ordered groceries to pick up, and they just gave me the ticket and told me to go pick the stuff up myself because they didn’t do it, even though they are supposed to scan the products before giving it to people that ordered it. if they do that people could rob them blind. and the whole reason for placing an online order is so i can get in and get out, not to stay and shop. customer service is absolutely terrible, i have only met a couple nice employees at this location. was trying to buy a lighter for my CANDLES AND INCENSE (was 17 at the time) and the cashier took it out of my hands and threw it to the side of her very rudely. first of all there is no specific age you need to be to buy a lighter in illinois (although i am aware they are allowed to refuse)she didn’t need to do it so aggressively. supposed to be a convenience store but every time i’ve gone it’s been so inconvenient

They make awesome pizza, customer service has always been good. We have had multiple issues with Delivery though, Sometimes almost double the time they tell you initially. We were told multiple times the driver just left with our order. I recommend picking up yourself for better speed

I don’t know about all people, but I think Casey’s pizza is amazing. Its cheap and its a easy dinner fix and they have deals for people with a large group or even deals for a small family. They also have in app order options which is great and easy once you know how to use the order online thing.

it’s the smaller of two Casey’s in town. I stop at this one when it’s close to closing time or when I am in a hurry and it’s more convenient. the other store is much better in my opinion. It has more veriety and is bigger and cleaner. this is an older store that they kept open after buying the bigger store from another bender and changing it to a Casey’s. they do a good volume yet even with the other store just down the road so that says something. the people are friendly and have a loyal customer base. they close earlier then the bigger store but not a big inconvenience. the folks that live in town seen to use this location allot as it’s easy to stop in and get what you need and go on home without getting back on the highway.

5 stars. Made an online order here yesterday and the order was so fresh the breadsticks were moist and they added my extra cheese and had it in a small pizza box which i prefer. They didn’t forget my cookies and the older lady at the counter had excellent customer service! I live in Thayer so I have 3 options for Caseys, but I refuse to go to Virden. This will be my choice from now on if the service stays like this!:)

Called Ordered Pizza At this location with the phone number listed. Arrived to caseys after providing them with all information on phone as well as waited 40 mins to pick up Pizza And they Said they had not had anyone call Under the name and Acted as if i mistaked that caseys for another Following that i had them confirm the phone number the phone number i had called was the very same so was forced to go home and wait another 40 mins to get a mess of a pizza Thanks Caseys For your Home Made Crap
