I have heard so many great things about Casey’s, but sadly I was disappointed tonight when seeing that they were out of so much and the guy at the register had me waiting 10 minutes to pay even though he was just standing there. I said that I was ready to pay and he still stood there. When it came to using Apple Pay he wasn’t helpful at all. But I hope my next visit is better, because I think they can do better here.

there was blood all over the men’s toilet looks like someone halfway cleaned it told the worker and they did not clean it i’ve worked in the service industry for years and i never leave reviews completely unprofessional at the very least put an out of order sign until someone can take care of it

Absolutely the worst bathroom I’ve ever seen in a Casey’s. I just left. This is absolutely disgusting. The toilet has a ring from never being washed, and there was trash all the way even into the main store.

The staff that works in the pizza area are not very friendly. We ordered a taco pizza ahead of time on Friday evening 7/8/22 on Stanford so it would be ready when we got there because we had somewhere to be. When I called they told me 20 to 25 minutes till it is ready. When we got there they weren’t able to find our pizza and realized they gave it to somebody that was there before us. The female told the staff let’s make another one no apologies at all. I ask if we have to wait another 25 minutes for it to be ready and she said it won’t be 25 minutes VERY snotty back to me. Well when I called it was 20 to 25 so I assume it will be that time again for the next one to be ready. I was not very happy about how they handle it. People order pizza ahead so it will be ready when they arrive. I ask the other guy behind the counter if they can take a little off because we had to wait for another one to be made and he was VERY rude and said people make mistakes you don’t need to be mad about it. Well the lady that made the mistake at least she could of apologize or so but she was rude and while we were waiting for our pizza she went outside for a smoke. We just walked out after they were so rude to me and I told my husband we dont need this pizza and at this point I didn’t care that are pizza was in the process of being made. We end up ordering a taco pizza from Godfathers that night. So that is where we will from now on get our pizza from. I do understand people make mistakes but it was their mistake and they were rude to me. I guess my mistake was going there. I have worked in customer service before and customers shouldn’t be treated like we were treated. They have lost our business because at least the staff working that night are very rude. Well the customer they gave our pizza to will be surprised when they get home that they had the wrong pizza given to them.

I don’t recommend ordering from the kitchen area after 10pm when this young white guy is there. I suppose he works the night shift idk…it was 10-1030pm when I ordered a simple small pizza. He’s messy, & some what rude. I won’t go in complete detail about the problem. Based off of other reviews I see, a lot of things gets away in this place & it has for awhile if nothing has changed since then. Just another business only open for the $$$ not for people nor your problems. Smdh. But………

I always order from Casey’s u can pull up on ur computer. Its usually good but tonight it was not good at all. I called to let them know and they told me manager isn’t there have to call back tomorrow. Now keep in mind this is over 30 dollars of pizza in which we order all the time. I was happy with nor was my family. Wasn’t proper at all. Never had pizza that was that bad from u guys or any problem.

Google says open 24 hours. There were people inside but the doors were locked, I walked up and didn’t see any sign that says they were closed early or their hours. The people inside didn’t even notice me. So I walked away and called the store, still seeing the people inside through the window standing 30ft away. No one picked up when there was people inside and google said they were open. So they either need to fix their hours or post it on the door because I had to walk back with nothing. The only store that said they were open in my area and they weren’t so google has not been updated or they locked the door to avoid customers.

Placed an order online through their app. The pricing for the pizzas were $8.99 and $11.99 respectively. Was having it delivered so an extra $2.00 fee for that, and added a 15% tip as well. Paid online through the app using a credit card. When I clicked to submit the order, the card was immediately charged but I got an error message from the app stating that the order was unable to build. Called the store and was treated very rudely by staff. Supposedly there was no management in the building to speak with. His response was for me to replace the order, get charged twice, and then a manager would investigate and remove the second charge in the morning. I attempted to place a new order, but the pizza pricing was different (higher) because I wasn’t using the app – the deal was only good for online orders. But that’s what I originally wanted to do. The guy didn’t care at all and said none of it was his fault and didn’t apologize or offer to help in any way. I will be calling corporate in Ankeny, Iowa in the morning as well as Management at the store. They have my money and I have nothing. Do not do business here. They don’t appreciate it and will make you out to be the problem.

Always great, but there is a few workers who need to get off their phones and work. The food is always great and if you havent signed up for rewards..it is a MUST!!!! so many great deals and you get Casey’s cash or some change off the gas price up to 20 gallons. My go to place back at home.
