Who do you have to know to order a sub hear? Done with this place and their employees “whatever” attitude. Been there twice today and have been ignored both times. Second time I was only customer in store. Two people standing behind register, two in kitchen, and one walking around. Didn’t even get a be right with you from anyone. Very common problem with this store as well as one in west City IL. Pretty poor customer service.. Heading to Subway as this time. Take my fuel buisness to Match as well. May even stop and get a real pizza at a Hunt Brothers station.

About a year ago I would have rated this place with one star. I had an unpleasant experience with Caseys pizza. Pretty much I called in a pickup order for a pizza, and they told me it would be ready in 30minutes. I just got out of my college course, and arrived at Caseys about 35-40 minutes after placing my order. I told the girl at the register that I had an order under my name. She laughed, and told me that they didn’t have my sons pizza even cooking yet. Considering I had 20 minutes to get to work I told her to forget it and left. I was not happy. That was my sons dinner, and there was absolutely no reason for her to laugh about it. It almost caused me to never order from them again. I am glad I decided to give them another chance! I love there pizza, and so does my son. They also have much nicer employees then what they did last year. I do recommend, and will proceed to return for that incredible cheesy pizza!!!

I just ordered a taco pizza from caseys on east main in benton.im not sure if they changed the recipe but normally it has crunched up nachos big chunks of tomatoes and lettuce ect. The pizza I got had none of the above and was cold and the taco sauce packets that they always throw in the box werent even in there and they had to go back and get them..i paid over $19 plus a $5 tip for a pizza I cant eat because of how bad it taste . gotta say im sadly disappointed
