Ok…I’ve been to Casey’s stores all up I-70 and 61 and they’re pretty predictable. My kids love their taco pizza, but this one was the smallest ‘large’ I’ve ever seen at a Caseys and there are hardly any chips on it. I didn’t have time to go back in but I was seriously frustrated when I opened this box.

(Warning, contains graphic content) Restroom toilet seat was covered, on both sides, in smeared feces. I notified the clerk and the reaction was wishy-washy with minimal level of concern. When I mentioned I would have to clean it to use it the clerk stood silent with no reaction. Unfortunately due to the urgency of needing to use it I had to clean up someone else’s feces myself. I was handed paper towels and a spray bottle. Disgusting does not begin to express the situation. When the clerk notified the manager, their reaction was ‘whatever.’ I also tried to get a drink from the soda fountain location and found only small cups available. But, at this point the lack of cup sizes was the least of my concern. In hopes of maintaining my personal safety, I won’t be back.

Ordered a pizza at 7:25 pm…was told it would be ready in 50 to 55 minutes. Went to pick it up at 8:15. Was told by the clerk at the cash register it would be a few more minutes. We went back in to get it at 8:25 then was told by the girl fixing the pizzas that she was just getting ready to start on it. THIS IS VERY INCONSIDERATE!!

Pizza is always very good. It just takes a long time to get it. The app will tell you 20 mins. You place the order & when you go to pick it up, it is never ready. This is my third time this has happened. The girl told me maybe another 20-40 mins. This is aggravating when you have plans & trying to think ahead. They need more help in the evening or let people know upfront how long it will be.

Most horrible experience of my life. It took yhem and hour to do my order. The order was burnt and horrible. The service from young women was disprectful. They were even talking about fowl things while making pizza in front of kids. Please do something about your staff. I have even this place three chances qnd each time the experience was worse.

The cashier I have had lately is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The jelly in the donuts was very very sour the other day and one of their cake donuts was horrible dry, but this is NOT their norm. I do think they are way more expensive than any of the other gast stations in town but they offer more variety. I love that they have a slushy machine that is ready to go early in the morning.

I swear they don’t believe in bagging items. They are all rude, impatient and never have they offered a bag for the items at purchase and if you ask them to bag it, they seem unconvinced by my request. Gotten to the point where I go out of my way to travel a further distance for a different Casey’s for a store that has polite, patient and helpful employees that aren’t inconvenienced by bagging items. Seems petty but after dropping my drinks and food a few times now I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money.

The workers were not all that attentive. I stood in line for pizza and had a worker/manager walk past me and say nothing. When I was attended to, nothing was said to apologize or even recognize that I had been ignored.
