Casey’s should be embarrassed to have this store carrying their name. Multiple drink dispensers were not functional in the store including but not limited to the cappuccino machine and creamer dispenser. While the employees were largely courteous they were generally indifferent about these dysfunctional items. At the gas pumps the squeegees for washing windshields were dry and/or missing altogether. I see other negative reviews regarding this location so I sincerely hope Casey’s gets their act together with this one as my experience here was very much contrary to my previous positive encounters with Casey’s General Stores. Do better Casey’s!

If zero stars was an option, that is what I would have given them! They literally provided no services to us. I went in to use the restroom and both men’s and women’s had big signs, out of order! Thinking maybe it was just to keep non customers from using the bathroom, I asked if seriously their bathrooms were unavailable, and she said yes. So I went to the pumps and told my husband they had no bathroom available he said he was having trouble with pump, and our sale was canceled, could it be possible the girl canceled our transaction from inside? Needless to say we went to another station and saved 10 cents per gallon! And had to make a fast food stop for a bathroom. Go to the next exit and find a better option! Quite frankly, can they have their kitchen open if they have such plumbing issues to close both bathrooms?! (Written by Paul’s wife)

Placed online order for large supreme for my lunch and dinner for work. Was supposed to be ready by 11:28 am arrived at the store at 11:30am Order wasn’t even started. This has happened on more than one occasion. I stopped visiting and ordering from your store because of this for several months and when I was in a pinch and wanted to pick up on my way to work you let me down once again. Deplorable!
