I’m just wondering, why is it that these two Casey’s in particular, south 22nd in St Joseph, and S169 hwy , NEVER have donuts in the morning? 22nd opens up at 4am , went in several mornings today at 6 am and not one donut!? South 169 hwy, open all night, 5 am… No donuts?! Not sure if they’re short staffed but c’mon and hire some help, they’re known for their donuts. It’d be like going into pizza hut , no pizzas ..lol. I have given this location several chances. Casey’s is known for its great reputation but this location is not serving that up. Very dirty location, have ordered food several times and received the incorrect order every time including no toppings on a taco pizza. Gas pumps are either missing a hose or you sit on the please wait screen forever. I believe this can be fixed by the proper management staff so I’ll go a different direction for a couple months and stop back to see if there have been improvements. By the looks of the comments and responses present this has been a problem for a long time and nothing is really being done. It’s time folks. There are a lot of customers waiting.

This store has never really been what you call “Well maintained ” The presence of trash and sticky drinks all over on the parking lot and in front of the door is very unattractive. I have been in the C store business for over 40 years including a few years with Casey’s and I know how a store should look, especially one that serves food. Please train your cashiers how to smile and welcome the customers. Also, on a day when it’s 90 degrees before noon make sure your frozen drinks are frozen. Good luck

3 times in a row, did not get what i ordered got have of the order one time. another time didn’t get my order at all, since door dash took over delivering 1 out of 5 times I got my order correct. This place has gone down hill dirty and filthy and cant do the service we pay for with rising prices this is a not so good deal anymore.
