Woman working made a comment about me trying to steal iced coffee for putting it in a fountain drink cup, I told her as I sat the cup down on the counter that it was iced coffee not soda. They had no iced coffee or icee cups so if they don’t want people putting iced coffee in fountain cups maybe they should either get the right cups or turn the iced coffee machine off.

Yesterday (6/2/2022), I witnessed an interaction between “the manager” and a customer that makes me never want to do business at this location again. There was an issue with items being rang up incorrectly. The customer’s rewards, which I over heard as $1.80, were used and then were gone when the order was corrected. The manager refused to give the customer her $1.80 in reward and then became enraged. She told the customer to take her things and never come back. As the customer was leaving the manger photographed her with out her consent.

If you’ve never been to a Casey’s General Store then you’re definitely missing out. Lastly, I’d highly recommend/suggest for you to sign up for Casey’s Rewards if you haven’t already signed up. The store is clean and has friendly, attentive staff. During rush hour(s) the lines can be a bit long, but at every visit, the staff has been attentive and moved the line as fast as possible. Pumps are typically well maintained with a clean outdoor area.

I called to order a pizza three times in ten minutes and nobody answered the phone. Then I ordered it online and waited approx 20 minutes then went up there to pick it up and they hadn’t even started it yet. Both employees were outside talking to people who didn’t even work there. Now I’m standing here waiting on my pizza. Something should be done about this.
