Alex’s behavior is very rude. He likes to throw people’s identification on the counter instead of handing it back to them. You can tell he hates his job and treats people like garbage because he’s so miserable. I never thought I’d be reviewing a gas station but here I am. Do better people. Kindness goes a long way. Stop here almost everyday! Sure some days they are busy and not everything is spotless but the service has gotten so much better and I feel like I always know what to expect when I get there. I do wish the breakfast food was more well stocked both during the week and on weekends. Saturdays seems like there is only a pizza breakfast option for food around 8:30ish. Stocking up for the morning is only thing I can suggest! Other than that … keep up the great work!

I’m in the army Reserves and our unit is near this store. Every time I have been there it has been a good experience. If there is a Casey’s that supports the military, it’s this one. Thank you. I’m giving them a 3 star because there was no pizza there this morning and decided to get a burrito it wasn’t not warm at all

This Casey’s is in a great location with it’s proximity to downtown, neighborhoods, and Ozark Christian College just to the north. It’s always a convenient stop and is great for last minute gas stops, snack runs, and grabbing pizza. The air pump at this station has also been really helpful. Whenever I’ve noticed my tire is low, this Casey’s is the first place I think of. Also, the service isn’t too bad, and everyone I’ve met so far that works there has been helpful.

I went into the store and bought Pizza and 2 cans of Skoal, I didn’t grab the receipt and walked out. When I got home I noticed one of the cans had been opened. No way was i going to use it. I had my kids with me so I called to let them know and the woman who answered was annoyed I had called the kitchen. When I stated this was the number I got from their Google page, she was super rude and basically said to call tomorrow when a manager was there. I literally left the store 5 minutes ago. I asked if I could come in to exchange and she said no. Not a big deal except a can is over 4 dollars and I had just left. Disgusted.

I’m sorry but you really can’t sit there and lay someone off , and then ask them to come to work especially when they are not scheduled . Sorry we had plans we went to Dallas see my son and here brother.but then get mad when she told you this.and fire her , to me and everyone else that is wrong , that you fired two employees for not coming in , but yet you have employees that are alowing drug deals going on in front of your store , bs fire them not the ones trying to make you happy
