I usually come in here to get everything I need for work but today’s experience was most unpleasant. While my food was good, the customer service here is atrocious. Some woman (don’t know her name) opens the door, looks mad that I’m there. Get my food and drinks and go to pay, she doesn’t even say hello, ask me how my day was and honestly just didn’t make me feel welcome as a customer. As someone who used to work for Casey’s I know that customer service is a very stressed value, and if I continue to experience this, I’ll just go down the road to Kum and Go and they can have my business.

Could not call due to phone being constantly busy. Pizza was in box at correct pick up time. I ordered a flat bread pizza got what I ordered but it was not completely cooked. I should have noticed when the box was not really warm but I didn’t. Opened the box at home and all the cheese was not melted and the pizza crust was white. Very disappointed. Tried to call to complain and phone continues to be busy.

I went in thinking I was gonna get a sub sandwich made to order. Instead i waited in line for 10 minutes before they said they would be right with me. 5 minutes later, I’m still standing in line, only to look back by the pizza ovens to the same lady playing on her phone showing a co worker whatever was on the phone, and the other Co worker doing the same while one was working on pizza. I understand the lady working on the pizza not being able to help me, but when you have a full store of customers you don’t play on your phone. Biggest lunch let down from Casey’s yet. Will not be returning to this location ever.

do not go here if you expect to grab some breakfast on your way to work while you get gas, I have been repeatedly let down. The gas is more expensive here than a couple miles down the road on the interstate to the same point. When trying to order pizza you need to plan ahead at least an hour, I do not know why they cannot make pizza and more rapid fashion like other pizza places. I am continually quoted 45 minutes.

Typical Casey’s. They have overpriced sodas and goodies. Some like their pizzas but not I. Breakfast items are ok but overpriced. Gas 8 miles away is 20+ cents cheaper.
