Submitted an order this evening for 3 pizzas and an order of bread sticks. Upon arriving it was clear they were very behind on orders. Several people ahead of us had been waiting 30 minutes past their pick up time. When we checked on the status of ours were told it hadn’t been started yet. Shortly thereafter a “friend” of the employee making pizzas showed up and the employee was overheard stating he would move their order ahead of ours because ours was a “massive order and no one should order that much.” I wouldn’t call 3 pizzas and an order of breadsticks “a massive order.” But, you won’t have to worry about that again because we will take our business elsewhere. The employee was throwing pizza pans around and cussing, and no management appeared to be on site. I know it is the day before a major holiday but not a great look for Caseys. Will not be back at this location.

Stopped for gas and pizza.I paid at pump for gas and my girlfriend went in to order pizzas.It was sometime before she came back out without pizzas.She said she stood at counter and the girl working would not as much as acknowledge her.She went to service counter and asked the clerk what she needed to do to order pizzas he referred her back to kitchen..She at tlhis time decided she no longer wanted anything from here.I went in and started back to the kitchen counter the same young lady saw me heading her way and ducked out of sight.It was a bit before she came back to take my order. I placed a small order for my girlfriends mother but we have decided that we will go eat somewhere else. The cashier was rather nice

The system was having errors and you could only pay with cash or apple pay, totally fine even if the line was 14 people deep. The problem was the cashier, he was the absolute rudest, condescending, disrespectful representative I’ve had check me out in my entire life. If he was my employee I would have to coach him on how not to take your day out on a complete stranger.

We traveled from Colorado and I remember Casey’s always had twist ice cream machine. I have yet to find anywhere that has this is Colorado so I was REALLY looking forward to it. We stayed near this Casey’s location and the ice cream machine was broken all week. Not sure there was any intention of fixing. Pretty bummed. Pizza is good though.

Service was horrible. I called in with a coupon code and they said I had to do that at the register. I get there it’s busy as expected for being 4pm and only to find out that only one person could run the register and 3 people in the kitchen. Took 30 minutes just to check out because the poor cashier had no idea how to do lottery tickets for the person in-front of me, and he didn’t know how to use a coupon. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an incident there. Management really needs to help the employees better.

Ordered 2 pizza’s on there 2 topping special. Got back home and both were one topping pizza’s. I had to wait 20 minutes to get them after the time that it said on line. No problem understood they said they were busy. I called in and talked to the pizza department and told them about the mistake and was told they would have a manager call me. Waited over a week and called back and talked to assistant manager. She said she New nothing about it but would check with manager and would absolutely get back to me and that has been a couple of weeks ago and she nor the manager has called. The MANAGEMENT certainly needs to be trained in customer service. At this point 1 star is more then they deserve.
